We love our new refrigerator! The layout for storing food is wonderful.

I like the finish, the multiple drawers and the separate fridge section

Overall this is a great appliance but it has a couple things that are annoying; The left door shelves are weird like I have no clue what to put in them but no biggie. Had some problems with the door chime. It will go off after 5 minutes of being ajar and it’s not too loud but it gets the job done. This fridge is SUPER HEAVY. Don’t ever plan on moving it my yourself or even rolling it. I have vinyl floor on top of a concrete slab and it digs in again no biggie. Overall great fridge but I’ve only had it for a month.

overall not a bad fridge. ice make / dispenser is next to terrible tho, and not quite 2 years old, and the water dispenser has stopped working. 2nd Whirlpool product to have issues in the same timeframe. I won't buy Whirlpool again.

This nice things first: the middle drawer is quite useful, and the freezer's pull out tray is also helpful. The ice/water in the door is great. Now, the not so good. 1) The temperature inside is all over the place. Items in the fridge area are SLIGHTLY freezing, even when I set the temp for 1 degree ABOVE the recommended range. This happens inconsistently, some items start to freeze and other items in other places do not. 2) The ice box takes up a lot of room. 3) Biggest issue: Whirlpool isn't providing adequate support. You can try to call their "support" line and a busy signal (that's right, in 2021 you get a BUSY SIGNAL like it's 1985) is what you'll hear. I called again and again, finally it rang... for like 30 times, then disconnected me. This used to be an American brand you could trust, but they clearly just don't care anymore about customer experience. This alone would keep me from buying ANY future Whirlpool items ever again.

It is very roomy be cause of the two drawers for the fridge and two for the freezer. Lots of features and works wonderfully. Our refrigerator looks bare now compared to our side by side that was always full.

The refrigerator is meeting our expectations. It seems to be well made. More room then I thought that I would have. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

Great quality. I was told it made a humming noise, but it seems pretty quiet to me. I love it. Having an extra drawer to open for my most used items is quite a bonus.

Some of the reviews talked about how loud it was but once the fridge reached the set temperature the sound disappeared and was quiet.So far we love it.

We haven’t have the refrigerator very long, but, so far we like it. It has plenty of room inside and the wife loves the fact that fingerprints don’t show.

Overall the refrigerator is great but I am currently having issues with the ice machine.

I love this refrigerator! There is so much space. The pull-out drawer allows you to see everything you have in the freezer.
