This product has great features built into the computer interface. It is simple and intuitive. The shelf layout is flexible with large storage capactiy.

Fridge looks nice. It runs (loudly) after each time you open the doors. The door with ice maker, the shelves are so narrow it is hard to find use for them.

The water feature is great. You can determine the ounces easily. Also, the overflow tray underneath the ice and water dispenser is easy to clear and does not stain.

Worked great, loved the middle snack drawer. The door water dispenser needed calibration but that was a snap after I looked in the manual.

Bought this fridge for 2 months so far. Fridge is cold. Compartments are easy to store food. Filtered water actually tastes good. So far no complaints yet.

I love this refrigerator! Our previous one was a side by side and I was nervous about changing styles. I'm so glad I did. I love all of the space in the refrigerator part and am not missing freezer space. My only wish is that the bins were bigger.

The first one I got wasn't cooling down but Best Buy replaced it and I'm very happy

The refrigerator drawer is an excellent, convenient feature. Very pleased with overall refrigerator and freezer operation. Shelving flexibility seems to accommodate and maximize capacity.

Works great like it a lot. First in door water ice maker i have owned no problems had some issues with delivery but got them straitened out.

We recently purchased this fridge because we were leaving one in our old house and we loved it. It hasnt been in use 2 weeks and the back of the freezer is icing up. Its a Friday night so we had to use a hairdryer to defrost it because the motor was starting to make noise. Guess we will be calling Best Buy tomorrow

My wife wanted this Whirlpool, that she loves, to replace a 3 year old Frigidaire Gallery that she absolutely hated, Heard her complain for 3 years, but now she's happy. Silence is golden.

This is the worst refrigerator I’ve ever owned. I have all Whirlpool gold appliances that I’ve loved, so figured I’d go with that when our old LG crapped out. Big mistake. From the first it freezes things depending on how the shelves are arranged (fine it’s annoying, but I can deal). We are now less than a year in and it is SO loud whenever it runs, it’s RIDICULOUS. And even better, the wait for a warranty repair call is 3 weeks. Thanks Whirlpool, never again.

Looks great and l like the French door and bottom drawers as compared to the side by side set up I had before. It was great being able to store holiday leftovers without having to rearrange space.

As long as you can get it on sale , it’s a good unit . No issues with noise like some people complain about . It’s oerhaps louder than other fridges , but nothing to complain about

This is a great fridge for anyone not looking for a fridge with a screen or LCD screen display. It has all of your necessary functions and needs with plenty of shelve space.

I like the fact that the refrigerator and freezer have plenty of food storage. I also like the separate drawer that enables to access food items; such as fruit, soda, etc., without having to open the rest of the refrigerator!

Bought the fridge when it was on sale and it works great. Only minor complaint is that the water from the dispenser is only cold for the first pour.
