Great French door fridge!

I used Whirlpools one year warranty and their appliance company came out to fix it. After a week, he looked at it, said he needed to order a part and came back 2 weeks later to fix it. This happened six more times until finally the warranty expired and the company told me they would have to charge me for fixing the ice maker. I contacted whirlpool about guaranteeing their work done during the warranty or for selling a lemon and they DON'T CARE. I thought whirlpool was supposed the be the last company you could rely on for quality but it seems even they have gone the way of crappy appliance makers who don't stand by their products. So now I have a new fridge and no ice maker. It also freezes my food in the fridge periodically. I am going to report them to the state's attorneys office. Maybe if enough of us report these appliance companies they will be forced to do something about it.

Ice dispenser and water dispenser did not work and control pane did not function properly . 3different people came out to fix and was unable to do so. Was told it would be about 3 weeks for new one very disappointing

This refrigerator started to malfunction within three weeks of purchase. First, the ice machine started having issues, then the refrigerator started making a really loud, constant humming sound. It finally had a complete power failure on the 23rd day of owning it. Whirlpool customer service was a nightmare and they wanted me to go a week without a refrigerator. Thankfully Best Buy took it back. I would never buy a Whirlpool again.
