The refrigerator has a drawer which is difficult to open. Drawer must be lined up carefully in order to pull open. Also, the ice storage bin is difficult to open and you really need to yank hard to remove for cleaning.

Nothing negative to say about it. I started off with the 2 big box hardware/appliance stores and had horrible experiences on multiple deliveries with damaged products, etc. Best Buy was great and so was their 3rd party delivery company. Great fridge, great experience all around.

It keeps contents cool, at a cost

It’s a product that achieves the objective of keeping its contents cool but is very noisy. I’ve had an engineer out twice, the same engineer, he told me the first time it’s meant to be this noisy, the second time he replaced e internal fan motor. That removed the noise, for three weeks, then it came back. As I keep gettin the same engineer I’m almost resigned to put up with it. A great shame as I’ve been a lifelong whirlpool customer and the washing machine and dryer have been great. Really disappointed in this unit though with no real support left to turn to.
