Nice fridge but ice maker went at 11 months . Manufacturers one year warranty covered it thank goodness

The ice maker takes up to much size it the fridge.

The refrigerator is very efficient and quiet. The price was a good value.

Only a little bit bigger than our old one but so much more room inside.

This frig has lots of room and is very spacious. I like the blue lighting behind the water and ice buttons as well. It makes it look cool when the lights are dimmed. The red indicator is also cool because it lets you know when the doors are opened.

when delivered there were scratches on the two main handles on the upper two doors - the delivery folks pointed this out to me - said they would document it, and they would request replacement handles - that was 01 May -- since then - nothing - so i am no please with the lack of follow up by Best buy after your representative promised resolution

I had a samdung fridge with ice problems this fridge so much better. No ice on door dispenser but the scoop is good. Only con is you get lots of finger prints but a great fridge all around highly customizable.

Middle drawer handle came damaged . Had not been replaced to date . Had to call whirlpool myself to send another handle as unit is unfair factory warranty. Unit working fine otherwise .

Really nice refrigerator. However, I paid for ice/water installation and the 3rd party contractor refused because my tubing was plastic. I paid for a licensed plumber to install the line and I have a feeling that guy knows more than a half rate 3rd party. I wish bestbuy disclosed this because it cost me money for no service rendered and having to get a plumber to come back and connect it. Also the whirlpool logo was slightly bent and they have no availability for service 30 days out…. so deduct 1 star.

good overall. But......cold water -not too cold. Some surfaces were covered by plastic wrap but all of it could not be removed from seams and is still there-never had this happen before.

Nice storage space. Still learning all the great features.

We wanted a white French Door and found out they aren’t as common or cheap as the newer finishes. Rachel Tracy from Best Buy Manchester NH provided exceptional service. We are getting used to how best to fill the fridge

The shelves spacing is very well design for this fridge. If you have little kids, it can be very useful and easily accessed. The only negative things I have to say is the shelves on the left side doors are too narrow and not as tall as should be.
