Roomy and attractive. I enjoy the middle drawer design. Nice fingerprint resistent finish. Water/ice dispenser in door is tall to accomodate larger glasses. Design of icemaker occupies too much shelf space. The temperature setting is inaccurate (colder), so best to use a thermometer. Overall construction feels slightly on the delicate side. I am counting on Whirlpool's reputation for excellence.

This was a replacement for a 10+ year old side-by-side. This fridge is nearly perfect with only a few issues. The good: This fridge keeps things COLD! I didn't realize how bad my previous fridge was until I got this one. Meat and produce seem to last a lot longer in this fridge, even past the expiration date. It's spacious and quiet. The plastic drawers seem durable. The 4th door is perfect for snacks/lunchmeat/etc. I love nearly everything about it! The bad: The only real issue has been the ice maker, which is at times finicky. The first couple of months the ice maker quit working for a day or two at a time...every other week or so. I thought the Sabbath mode was on, but it wasn't. I haven't had this issue lately - so hopefully it's worked itself out. Also, some of the door shelves are a little small and awkward but it's not a huge problem. The only other issue is that the "replace water filter" message/beep is annoying! Overall I'm very satisfied with this fridge and hope it lasts for 10+ years like my previous one did!

The ice maker is loud but you get use to it. I enjoy the extra draw for refrigerator. Plenty of room

Finger print resistant feature works quite well. I like the 3rd drawer for the fridge and its perfect for soda and yogurt. The crushed is sooo good. The fridge doesn't make a lot of noise. We have had this appliance a little over a month now. It matches our other appliances well. The fridge has great depth, so be sure to measure your space and door ways correctly. Everything stays cold and the doors open and close with ease. I like the door alarm feature. The light up pads are a bonus. It's visually appealing at night.

Until 5 days ago, I would've given this fridge 5 stars. It is super roomy. I love the middle drawer. We use it for drinks, fruit, etc. You can fit a gallon of milk on the right door. The left door does not have a lot of room and you can't really put much there. And then 5 days ago, it would make ice, but not dispense it or dispense water. I tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions. I called Whirlpool and was told a service tech would come out in a week. The next day I got a call from the repair service and told that they ordered a new door and it be shipped to my house in 6-8 weeks and when it arrived to call and they would send a tech out to install it. When I asked how they knew it was the door without anyone checking it out, I was told that it's a common problem and they wouldn't need to look at it. It's concerning to me that after only 3 months I'm having this "common problem." $2000 for a fridge might not be a lot to most people, but it is a lot for me. I'm paying it over 18 months and am worried that I will still be paying for it and it won't be working.

This is our third refrigerator in about 3 years. I have always loved whirlpool appliances. The last two weren’t worth bringing home. We have only had this about four months. The only issue so far is that the ice makes seems to get jammed up and not drop the ice. If the ice doesn’t drop it won’t make more. Every few days I pull the ice compartment out and slam it back in just to make sure it keeps working. The ice compartment is much smaller than the older units. I love everything else about this fridge, very spacious and smudge proof.

This refrigerator is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. I love the amount of storage available in it. We have not had an in-the-door ice and water dispenser before, and I had heard a lot about how much space you lose to them. That has not been an issue for us but would gladly give up a little storage for the crushed ice feature alone. The middle drawer is perfect for school lunch and snack items. The freezer is very roomy, and the sliding top basket makes it easy to store more and to find what you’re looking for quickly.

We love our new refrigerator! I wasn't sure how I'd like the drawer in the middle but love it!! We put soda cans and all our lunch meats and cheeses. We use a lot of ice and water and so far it has held up pretty good. It looks great too! We originally purchased the same item at HD but they couldn't get it to us for over two weeks. We went to BB and found the same one which they price matched Lowes and we saved $500. It was available for delivery the next day. Best Buy is my go to store!

We have had this Whirlpool refrigerator for a month. So far we are Very pleased. The middle drawer is much more than a cute gimmick. It is very easy to access and allows you to keep most of the refrigerator closed. We have not found this unit noisy at all. The water dispenser with two levers (one for water and one for ice) is efficient and neat, no mess or ice shooting out. No negative taste in the water. So much better than our previous Samsung.

Im very satisfied with my Whirlpool choice. Had Whirlpool since 1985 with excellent results. So far my new Whirlpool is operating smoothly. I can’t believe my produce are lasting longer fresh! And the middle drawer makes access so easy to get my fruits & other often used foods. This is helping me stay healthy as well as my family when they visit. Equally the ice & water dispenser is easy to use - no need to open doors. And it’s filtered saving me ( and the planet ) from buying bottle water‼️ Plus its absolutely beautiful & elegant ‼️

I love the fridge but this is a replacement because the slow ice maker on the last one. So hoping this works better. Great delivery, They were awesome!! Did have a dent but supposed to send us a gift card for the damage pending the ice maker is functioning better.

I love the middle drawer! But the ice maker spills ice all over when you're filling a glass and I the ice maker itself takes up valuable space in the fridge. Should have upgraded to the next model where the ice maker is in the door. Most of the left side door is unusable space. We are able to fit 2 16 oz water bottles in it and that's all. All in all though I like the fridge.

I loved this fridge for many reasons one is the fact that the fruits and vegetables have its own drawer which keeps it fresh!! My husband and I also wanted a water dispenser and I love all the touch screen and LED lights!! We also noticed in some of the fridges with the water dispenser took up half of the top shelf and this one did not and was well worth the extra hundred dollars for the space we get in the fridge!!! We are very satisfied with this fridge it has great space and fits perfect in our home!!

Great fridge, love the middle drawer and the water dispenser how it tells you how much water you have dispensed. Only complaint I have is how fast and how much ice dispenses sometimes so it’s a learning curve not to spill everywhere especially with kids. Other then that love it! Lots of room especially in the freezer

We bought this when our Kenmore (LG) suddenly died and our repairman urged us to buy a Whirlpool rather than replace the compressor. So far, so good, but there's some things that I really dont like. It's kinda loud. The ice maker takes up a huge amount of the interior space. Also, anything you store next to the ice maker will likely freeze within a few days. The produce drawers arent very deep so things like head lettuce and cabbage wont fit. Lastly, I've had this thing for 2 years and I still havent figured out a shelf placement that utilizes the space well. I have this big fridge, yet nothing ever seems to fit in it. Now for the good. It looks the same as the day we got it. It's solid...no flimsy, broken plastic parts. The snack drawer is the MVP in this house. It gets used constantly and it's my favorite thing about it. Besides that, this fridge just plain looks good. Would I buy it again? Probably not, but I don't really know of one out there that's better.

Absolutely love! Has plenty of room, the middle drawer comes in handy and having room under the crisper drawers in the fridge part!

Very nice fridge, very easy to store items in multiple ways because the shelves are movable etc. plus we do like the middle fridge drawer...we put things in there that we access often so that we don't have to open a large door as often...should make it more energy efficient. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is rather loud. It's not like it's loud in the sense that you have something like a hair dryer running in your kitchen ;-) but for a brand new fridge I'm surprised that it makes as much noise as it does. It doesn't bother us, we can still have normal conversations etc but I'm a little disappointed as the fridge this one replaced was a 25 cu ft Whirlpool that was 17 years old, and the 17 year old fridge was noticeably quieter.
