We were really excited to have our first Whirlpool. Within it's first year it stopped working. A Whirlpool tech came and "fixed" it but we lost all of our food. Luckily we purchased the Best Buy coverage because when the refrigerator stopped working again (at 13 months old) the Best Buy tech came out and gave it a part that apparently should've been given and this time they replace our food! Ice maker really struggles to keep itself full so we have to buy supplemental ice. Now the lights went out so we'll be calling our Best Buy coverage again. The only reason for 2 stars is the Best Buy coverage. This will be our last Whirlpool and we will always buy the Best Buy coverage.

I really love my new refrigerator. It’s such an upgrade from the side by side that we had. There is so much room in here that when I go food shopping and do a $300 order and put it all away inside there is still a ton of room and I have really bought so much refrigerated items. I have had parties over here summer and has lots of large trays of food in there. The freezer takes a little bit for me to organize each week... ice cream is the only major issue for us since I buy multiple cartons and it only seems to fit in the one spot but we are dealing with it. Love my water and ice machine on the outside.

This refrigerator is great because it has so many compartments to keep food organized. I no longer have to dig through the freezer looking for items.

Plenty of room....the set temperature keeps everything cold especially canned drinks. Very happy with it. The 2 minor things, when you open the french door half way it will drift open all the way causing it to rattle a little back and fourth when it hits the end (would be nice to adjust the tension on the door), second the water filter our ice looks very cloudy we followed all manufacture recommendations when setting the filter, called WP tech support and they wanted to send a tech out. The filter is ready to be replaced at a whopping $50 I hope it does a better job, if not ill be calling WP.

After spending a lot of time shopping for dependable refrigerator, I settled in this whirlpool. By far the best refrigerator on the market. The ice maker doesn’t leak on the middle drawer like most others. Also the best benefit to this refrigerator, the icemaker is built into the door, and does not take away refrigerator shelf space. The freezer has two drawers, plus the bottom. Making storage easily accessible . No more digging through a bunch of stuff to get what you’re looking for.

I am 100% in love with my new fridge! It is ridiculously spacious, and I can say that now with confidence. I just cooked a huge Thanksgiving meal yesterday and had no trouble fitting all the leftovers in last night. The 3 drawers in the freezer plus the extra slot for frozen pizzas are perfect for keeping me organized, and I love the extra fridge drawer. I keep all my selter cans and bottled drinks in there at the moment, which is working great. The water dispenser and ice maker work great, and I love the extra perk o being able to measure out water - I've been using it for recipes and also to fill up my water bottle.

Love all the storage space, easy to use, easy to be flexible in fitting larger items and or smaller, we are pleased with this purchase -

I love this refrigerator. It is huge. I feel like I don’t have enough grocery to fill it up and I have tried. The compartment and spaces for everything is amazing.

This is BY FAR my favorite appliance I’ve ever owned!! It is beautiful and very functional! I love the ice/water dispenser being in the door. It allows for so much more space on the inside of the fridge. The drawers in the refrigerator slide so nicely. The refrigerated drawer (My favorite feature) is awesome for snacks and drinks! The three drawer freezer makes it easy to stay organized and the pizza slot in it is my husband’s favorite feature!! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product and highly recommend it!

Just have for less than a week. First impressions. It works. Based on some reviews, that is a miracle. Like decision of 4th drawer. Previous fridge required opening both doors to get to cheese drawer wasting all kinds of energy. Water dispensor has shelf but no drain Bad idea

Great fridge and they almost thought of everything except the ice disper and the water. Ice goes everywhere and so does the water. Other than that I would have given it five stars.

I love this fridge! It has so much space! I love all the drawers to keep everything organized! The ice maker is built into the door so it makes a lot more space inside the actual fridge area!

Since we got our new fridge it has been everything we hoped it would be. So glad we chose this one over other brands. So spacious and so many spots to organize all our food.

We love the fridge but we’ve had problems twice. It would freeze up & no longer cool. The first repair took a month & the second repair was done on emergency & they replaced board instead of part so it was much faster.

You will not be disappointed. Very nice design, smart storage, huge spaces and also a lot of options for the water filters.

The fridge is great and comes with a lot of features, the measured water fill is great and makes it easy to fill up a water while getting other things around. The fridge has a lot of storage space, only down side is the smaller ice machine but not too bad.

First off - IT IS BIG! This thing fully fills the space in our kitchen, but it looks great. Everything works perfectly. The coolest thing is all the various ways you can configure how you want to use the space. I didn't think the extra pull-out drawer/door was going to be needed, but we find it to be the most convenient feature overall. We also really like the ice maker size and ability to do so much on the door unit without opening the fridge. There are lots of neat features that make this more than just a refrigerator. It is definitely worth checking out.

I like the extra drawers and spaces for separating foods. There seems to be more usable space than our last fridge that was actually bigger. Ice machine works well, it almost keeps up with our family's demqnd if ice. I'm not crazy about the water dispenser. The spour is in an odd place and you have to get used to it.

Have a family of 6! Went from a 32 cu ft refrigerator to a 26.2!! Bought this one because of the middle drawer! Down side, veggie drawers a bit smaller, and ice maker is pretty small!! So, we got an ice maker and that problem was solved! Other than that, love the fridge!!
