I love the inside of this refrigerator and freezer! I am still getting use to the water/ice dispenser. The refrigerator is loud, every time you close the doors, it make a sound like you are calling someone on your phone. Most of our guest don’t hear the sound,

It's probably too soon to say too much but so far I really like this fridge. I love the icemaker in the door instead of having it take up too much shelf space. Keeps everything nice and cold, lots of room. Not thrilled the way the water dispenser leaks a bit every time I use it, and it's a bit awkward to switch between water and ice. Overall, I would recommend it.

Looks good, seems to cool efficiently. Lots of space. Interior LED lights look cool. Water through the filter tastes good. I saw some reviews claiming it's loud - everyone now and then when the ice maker turns on, it's a bit loud, but not for long. The compressor doesn't run any louder than any other fridge. The one thing I don't like: it's not apparent on how to display the actual temperature. I can get it to read the target set temperature, but not the actual.

Fridge ordered late March, delivered March 29. Compressor died June 19 and warranty repairman confirmed in June 22. This has been “escalated” to the Specialty Team to “find” the out of stock part. Spoiler alert, 2 months later they didn’t find the part and offered to replace our unit. Still to be determined if the “new” one gets its own 1 year warranty… Finger crossed that I actually get the new fridge in 7-10 days. Whirlpool hasn’t built up any trust through this process.

This refrigerator is very good if you want a standard refrigerator for families. Its storage space and organization provide very easy access to whatever you want. However, when the refrigerator was delivered it was missing a drawer. Nevertheless, the Whirlpool customer was very accommodating. They sent us the missing drawer and were very kind over the phone. Overall, very happy with my purchase!

This fridge works great, has really bright LED lighting, and tons of room. Loving it so far.

We’ve had this frig for a little over 2 wks and we love it! Our old frig was a side by side (freezer/frig) it was a whirlpool as well and it lasted for 15 years!!! Which is why we went with another Whirlpool product! This French door unit has so much space in there! The freezer section size is deceiving but has room for a variety of items! Love it’s flexibility! So far we’ve not had any of the concerns that others have mentioned!

Was blessed that this model was in stock and the exact size! It's really great! It's quiet and the shelves and freezer are very spacious. The touch screen on the outdoor ice & water dispenser are a bit sensitive, however, we're getting the hang of it! Was told by my appliance repair guy that Whirlpool is the longest lasting compared to LG which is maybe 5 years, and the Samsung which they are having nothing but trouble with. Enjoy!

Noise level is high, I can hear ice maker above TV in open floor plan house. The LED lights went out in the freezer at 10 months. You have to get these from Whirlpool. The next day, half of the top LED lights went out as well. Technician made it sound similar to string Christmas lights, one goes out and none work.

Great look! This refrigerator has a ton of storage and the freezer section has a frozen pizza holder. Great purchase for us! I highly would recommend.

Loving my new fridge. I hope this Whirlpool lasts the 15+ years my last one did (since it's replacing a 2-3 year old Samsung that was not able to be repaired). Shelving is adjustable, large deep right door shelves, and ice maker inside left door. Geek squad delivery (team Jess, Martin) were fabulous! They were on time, professional, and efficient. Best delivery experience for a large appliance.

Great fridge. Likes: fingerprint resistant finish, more spacious than it looks like, quiet. Dislike: the water dispensing spout is on the outside of the ice dispenser toward the front, so you have to push the lever with your hand, not the container/cup.

We had to take the doors off to get it into the house but no problems going back together. Doesn't show fingerprints and is easy to use.

Great size and excellent lighting inside. Shelves work nicely. Very quiet.

I love this refrigerator! It is my first French Door refrigerator and it has taken a bit to get used to the freezer being on the bottom, but it is awesome. There is even a special area for frozen pizzas! The bins/shelves in the doors are adjustable. There is a shelf that you can slide out for easy access. There are 2 crisper drawers so you can have 2 different moisture levels. There is a drawer between those 2 drawers that is perfect for cans of soda. I love having the option of cubed or crushed ice in the door.

The fridge looks wonderful, a lot of space inside nice shelves very quiet. I hope it last for a long time since every other brands fails after 3 years.

This is our second Whirlpool refrigerator after owning an older model of the same design. The information screen is easy to ready and the air and water filters are very accessible. My only real complaint is the arm for the water and ice dispenser has less movement than before and requires more force before it begins dispensing.
