This refrigerator replaced a Whirlpool Gold side by side from 2012. I love it! Water through the door is cold. Ice cubes are a little smaller since 2012 but perfect. So much room. Had an issue with first fridge, Best Buy and the geek squad took care of it. So glad this purchase was made through Best Buy. Collapsing shelf leaves tons of room for tall bottles. All the crisper drawers of different sizes are super convenient.

Bought beginning of 2021. Nice space, so bright and clean looking. HOWEVER when the compressor runs (about 30 minutes every hour) there is a high pitched ringing that comes along with it and it drives me FREAKING NUTS. It sounds like an emergency exit alarm is going off in the basement. Repairman said it's a combo of energy regulations and Whirlpool cheaping out on insulating and sound proofing. Whirlpool knows about the ringing. Good news is that they say the fridge should last a long time. Bad news is that the ringing will kill me first.

The refrigerator is great. The delivery was something else. Be prepared to wait for a long time. It took us 3 months and then they dropped it and it was a total loss.

The only thing that I don’t like is that the water/ice uses the same pad. My old one had one for each which for me was better. Otherwise, I happy with it. The price was great.

Fits space perfectly, exceedingly quiet, icemaker always has enough ice for us (and we use a pretty good bit), and freezer storage compartments are very intuitive and useful. All it's missing is the old butter compartment, but that's hardly a deal-breaker. Sale price was hard to pass up!

I’m enjoying refrigerator. Plenty of space, smooth drawers and adjustable shelves with two ice makers, one in the door and an optional one in the freezer door in the bottom. The door alarm is helpful if it’s not fully closed and the operation is quiet. Love it

Love this refrigerator. Very roomy, good storage, and quiet. I had an LG that required repairs after only three years. One year later had the same problem. So no more LG! Always had Whirlpool appliances before, and always had good luck with them. So I'm back with Whirlpool. This refrigerator was a little pricey compared to Samsung and LG, but they had features I didn't like, and this Whirlpool was perfect for me.

There’s nothing about this refrigerator I don’t like. It is SO spacious, and I love the different temperature controls for meats, fruits, veggies, etc. The freezer capacity is also spacious. Love the exterior finish which doesn’t show finger marks.

This is a very nice fridge. Lots of shelving options and deep door shelves for condiments. I like that the freezer had different compartments to keep things organized.

Very good refrigerator so far. Quiet. Working well. Spacious. Well organized.

Overall an amazing fridge! There's ample space and the design is perfect especially if your someone who loves and orders pizza alot. Both the fridge and freezer are capable of holding a whole pie. It's also worth mentioning that the ice maker can hold a ton of ice!

This is a wonderful fridge. My wife and I recently purchased a house in Garner and needed a good fridge. It has been absolutely wonderful. The space is unbelievable. Best Buy has the most competitive price on appliances.

We selected this fridge were able to get it delivered and installed in 7 days and are enjoying the increased storage and versatility it brings

We really like our new Whirlpool Refrigerator. The French doors give us more space to see the food inside plus all the drawers are great. The bottom freezer has so much room and a drawer that is perfect for things like ice cream and daily items.

Love this refrigerator. It is everything I wanted and more. Installation was on time, and well done. I had a Samsung in the past that had continual issues. While this is new and has not had a lengthy trial, my friends have told me they love theirs and have had no issues.

This is so much better than the GE refrigerator that I previously had, and Best Buy delivered it in 2 days!! Also,, there were 2 minor things In questioned, but a service guy was here the following weeek; no big deal.. We are so happy with this purchase.

Bought this online to replace the same older model I had. I was bummed that this does not have a measure on the dispenser. The older model had the option to chose how many ounces to dispense at a time. This made morning coffee making very convenient, now I have to hold it...no big deal... Things in the fridge are at an ideal temp! Great product.

Love this refrigerator! The ice maker in the door is amazing. Also, the fact that we don't have to try to remember to turn the ice maker off and on as needed. This process is automatic. Also, we are happy with the layout of the interior and only have to open one side of the fridge. It seems more efficient that way. Very happy with its performance.
