Great interior room and lighting for getting food. Quiet running and easy pull out drawers. Great smudge resistance coating. Love the French doors on the refrigerator level. The door ice/water dispense is great! The door lighting is nice. Cycling the water to get good ice and water was a pain. I had to through out 4 gallons of water before the water looked clear and tasted OK.

This refrigerator came during the virus, so I had to set everything up. It was simple and easy and we had ice and water very quickly. The stainless steel is truly stainless. One unexpected value is that you can draw ice with the opposite door open...my wife seems to open the door as I’m getting ice, so this was a plus for us. Large doors and adjustable shelving.

We bought this refrigerator after our previous Whirlpool (older of this one) went out after 8 years. We have had this one for two months are not really happy as it is already making weird sounds and we might have to call the manufacturer for a warranty service call. Although this newer model is bigger than our old one, the sliding tray in this one actually takes away usable height.

We had a 5yr old LG that the compressor went out, this is very common for LGs and we didn't know it. We decided to switch back to Whirlpool since our 20 yr old set is still being used by our in-laws with no issues. I

So far so good. Love the space it has inside and allow us to stay organized. Like that the ice maker does not take up shelf space. It does seem that it is missing a door shelf or maybe it’s an option to buy. Either way we are extremely happy with this purchase.

Have owned side by sides all my life (62). First of all Best Buy uses a third party delivery company that has no skin in the game to do a good job. I will not buy appliance from BB again. 5 refrigerators 2 brands LG and Whirlpool before finally getting a good one. Both French doors on whirlpool have to open to really do anything, not efficient. Ice maker lever to get ice is hard to push to dispense ice out. Display on front is hard to change settings even though it’s suppose to be touch. Not impressed at all.

Overall the frig is excellent. However, we had a problem with the water dispenser in the door that with it dripping after getting water dispensed. This has taken some time in getting the issue resolved (actually the issue will be resolved on December 6th by Whirlpool factory service).

Large fridge and freezer. Great purchase. Looks great in my kitchen.

This is by far, the best refrigerator I've owned. It is so spacious and the whole refrigerator is brightly lit so it's easy to see everything. The extra 2" of depth makes putting trays in easily. The freezer section is huge and because of it's separate areas, it is easy to separate my frozen items by categories and then find them without any problem unlike a side by side where everything gets lost.

All in all, the fridge is great. The only problem is after the water is dispensed, it leaks afterwards, leaving a small puddle on the area you put the cup to dispense water.

Nice looking refrigerator. However after using it for awhile, I regret not spending a little more and getting better quality. The drawers are cheap and flimsy. The water dispenser is much slower than our old refrigerator. The ice dispenser is hard to access with taller Stanley-style mugs. It also makes the weirdest sound, like a phone ringing.

Awesome fridge, works great, easy to keep clean , and very spacious

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The Best Buy installation was flawless! I have had this for 7 months and have no issues. This replaced my Samsung fridge that I only had for 8 years but was always having issues. I hope this one lasts for at least 10-12 years.

We got an awesome 4th of July deal on this, plus an extra $100 off due to a Costco price match, so we paid about $1600 for this fridge plus install. The fridge has been holding up great! Absolutely no complaints about it. We decided to get this model because the ice maker is built into the door and doesn’t take up the upper left portion of the fridge space. It was a $100 more expensive from their other model, but worth the extra space.

I bought this Whirlpool fridge from Best buy on Feb 2020. I really liked this fridge. I like the design of the flat handles. Compressor is very quiet and ice maker is also quiet.. The feature I like most is the ice maker. It is kept separate on the left side door, away from the freezer with the meat. It is very smart that it is enclosed and you can easily open the ice door and take out the basket if you wish to use all the ice. I like the glass shelves and the drawers for fruit and vegetables. This is my first Whirlpool so I was a little hesitant but I like the design so I bought the extended warranties just in case. so far no regrets no problem. I highly recommend this fridge. It is the same company that made Kitchen Aid so you get a quality fridge without blowing a hole in your pocket :D

Makes great Ice and always has plenty of it. We love the pizza holder in the freezer and the Freezer has plenty of room n it. The moveable shelves in the Refrigerator are easy to move are great to make plenty of room for tall items and bottles.

Great fridge for the money and size. Maytag has a fridge that is about $500 less and fits in the same space and this is soo worth the extra money! My only complaint is the in door water. The trigger is a bit wonky and the location of the water outlet causes many spills.
