Maybe we got a lemon, but fridge stopped cooling. First for about 20 min on a Monday evening then completely stopped on the weekend. And that’s awful timing bc Whirlpool only answers phone 8-6 weeknights. So I have had all my food in coolers all weekend ($200 in coolers and ice). Finally reached Whirlpool only to be told the earliest service date is FOUR days away. So if you can, get a backup fridge for garage bc this is an expensive problem with no speedy resolution.

We are generally pleased with this product. The shelves are somewhat difficult to adjust and the doors don't always close completely.

It’s not what we had hoped. The water/ice dispenser is one, and it’s not really lined up well to where ice or water gets everywhere every time. The lever you push doesn’t really give smoothly along with the pull out freezer drawer doesn’t glide with ease. Doors don’t close automatically and it’s hard to clean. It’s also kind of noisy.

Have only had this fridge for about three weeks. Seems to be working well. Ice cubes are a bit small. Otherwise it functions as a refrigerator should. Delivery was very good.

Worked fine for about 14 months, then control board died, which our technician said is pretty much unheard of for its age. We're 2 weeks into the runaround with Whirlpool and at this point, have zero faith they are going to make this right. For $3000 you would expect an appliance to last longer than 1 year. Every representative (>10 at this point) has been rude and unhelpful and have all made up different rules and explanations of whats delaying our part's shipment and subsequent (hopeful?) repair. Even if it can be repaired, I have zero faith this isn't all going to happen again in a year. I will never again buy a Whirlpool anything, or any of its affiliated brands, after this experience. And everyone I know is certainly going to hear about that!

This refrigerator was just delivered this morning. The delivery men were very careful and got it installed smoothly. This is a big refrigerator. Lots of room. I am looking forward to its good service.

I generally love Whirlpool. However, I have had it for two weeks and the ice maker is not working. I have already had a plumber and Whirlpool repairman out to see what the issue is. The ice maker needs replaced after two weeks!! But-it is backordered for 3-4 weeks!! I am quite disappointed after paying almost $3,000.

Excellent refrigerator. My wife loves our New appliances. The 1st week we had nothing in there until her storage kits arrived to keep the refrigerator nice and organized.

Great frige. Has slight temperature variation from front to rear leaving small amounts of ice on items stored in back.
