My new refrigerator is great, but I am missing a doorshelf, waiting for best buy to send the part.

Excellent quality. Replaces one purchased in 1996. The freezer on the bottom was our objective and is exceding our purpose!

I love this brand, unfortunately my last purchase was a French door fridge, was very bad, I had to exchange it twice because the product was defective at first, then, the exchange was full of scratches..

We bought this in December- along with all new Whirlpool kitchen appliances. It was delivered in January and installed by our contractor in April. Nothing but drinks and popsicles have been in it. We’re still in the process of moving. Two weeks ago the compressor quit. Best Buy has not been helpful and Whirlpool was kind but not helpful either. I can only hope the other Whirlpool appliances are made better. Very disappointing! We will not buy appliances from Best Buy again.

I did not want to buy this, my old LG died 1 month past warranty. I am starting to love this fridge, no complaints yet. The ice was never "clear" out of my LG, this Whirlpool has clear ice an great tasting water. Controls are easy.

This fridge has been a nightmare! Purchased 7/22. Appliance repair has been out 6 times, replaced 3 parts. Was without a fridge for 1 month, while waiting on a part. It is still making an unusual noise, which technician said was normal. Did not make this noise when it was 1st installed. DO NOT purchase this fridge.

We bought this fridge a year and half ago, and it died. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of food, and it took 4 days for a tech from Geek Squad to come out and say he can't fix it. It wasn't a relay switch or anything minor, the COMPRESSOR ITSELF went out after 18 months. Geek Squad doesn't even replace compressors anymore because it isn't cost effective. So now ANOTHER tech has to come out, and we have to wait an additional 5 days... Best Buy has horrible customer service, and Whirlpool is absolute GARBAGE. You've been warned.

Best buy did an awesome job. I ordered appliances from another company and they failed to deliver because if the Covid. Best buy had everything in stock .. Would highly recommend

This refrigerator has had on going problems with the ice maker not making ice. 3 service calls and 500 dollars later.. still no resolve. If you like this unit, make sure you buy the extended warranty. Once this goes out the door, Best Buy no longer cares. and i quote.... you should have purchased the extended warranty. We didn't make the refrigerator... we only sold it to you. Very disappointed with the performance of this model/unit.

This refrigerator has easy to use controls and seems to hold temperature settings well. The ice and water in the door is very convenient. Placement of the ice maker in the fridge allows for storage of more food.

Love our new Whirlpool Gold French Door.......Owned an LG French Door for 5 years and had repaired 3x, then the compressor went out. Purchased this as a replacement, based on high ratings & beautiful looks. I love the smudge proof finish!!

The unit arrived as expected. The delivery team was spectacular. Great customer service. Wish all could be like this team.

The product hasn't been shipped due to initial order timing at our request but we are very happy with the refrigerator and can't wait to get it installed.

So far it has kept everything cold. Works as expected.

Extremely functional and great purchase, if in need of a great stainless steel fridge look no further.

We had issues with our first order, but Best Buy has worked with us to remedy the situation and we are good to go.

Great refrigerator if you love getting the runaround with manufacturers warranty. 9 months and compressor went out, all food in refrigerator and freezer ruined. Geek Squad now refers you to manufacturer to get repairs. Whirlpool is the worst. 2 weeks, still not fixed waiting for compressor. If it breaks again I’ll be taking it to BestBuy to demand a replacement or refund. Whirlpool Appliances have become disposable.
