Thete is a spot on the left door for a shelf. No shelf is there. My DC on purchased the same refrigerator 10 months ago and there was a shelf We asked the store and they said we could order one. ????

Complained to whirlpool but still waiting for the bins to be delivered. Internal space not well designed. ROLLING shelf takes too much space, and is not very useful, but cannot be removed. Far too difficult to remove freezer drawer. The design have to be improved.

This was an open box item. Delivery was scheduled and rescheduled 4 times! I finally went to the store and made them search for the fridge. It was found and mislabeled. The delivery warehouse never bothered to call the store to find out why they weren’t getting the product. There are no phone numbers to call the store or delivery department. I won’t be doing business with Best Buy again.
