Purchased 25 months ago to replace a working 20+ year old Whirlpool. All freezer LEDs went out months as well as the top 3 LEDs in the refrigerator section. Yesterday the ice maker just stopped making ice. They sure don't make them like they used to. Hopefully out of warranty repairs won't cost me an arm and a leg.

I always buy Best Buy warranty but for some reason it slipped thru this time. Finding a repair service is a joke!

I have to call whirpool now they don’t have the part and I have to wait. When I received the fridge didn’t have a filter so after 7 days I bought the filter and I can use the ice maker but was broke!! Didn’t dispense the ice. I don’t think is fear you didn’t check that the products you sell are in perfect conditions. I don’t think is fear that I have to call whirpool for something broke for something supouse!! To be new!!!I and in good condition very disappoint!!!

TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

Told me I had to go thru Whirlpool and Whirlpool tells me it's known compressor issue. Repair man comes and says they don't have the compressor and that I have to wait another 21 days for that part. HORRRIBLE.
