Purchased on 10/10/2020 and ice maker suddenly stopped working... Have tried troubleshooting as suggested with no results... Thank you, Whirlpool, for adding another unnecessary process to my life. One local repair-person (highest rated in the area) won't even work on this particular model since you have to take the whole ceiling down... Claims its a nightmare...

Lots of flexible storage that may be arranged to suit.

I bought this fridge in January and have already had to have the ice maker fully replaced and now it is no longer working again. It is a huge hassle to have to deal with this and I would absolutely not buy this model again.

We love the the stainless steel finger print resistant finish and the wide pull out shelf. it has ample space for our requirement. The water dispenser is a little awkward to use ( glasses need to be angled or water spills). There is no water spill/catch tray, We have been using this past 5 months with no issues.

Love this refrigerator. Ice maker in the door leaves so much more room for storage.

Came on time and installed professionally. I'm satisfied.

After one month needs repair Problem with waiting for repair company

Purchase this refrigerator almost a year ago. Refrigerator is beautiful and functional it works great. Ice and water features work really well. Just recently though, or light in the freezer went out, and I’ll have the interior lights have gone out in the refrigerator. These lightbulbs are LEDs. It does not appear it be a bulb issue. It could potentially be a wiring issue. I will be calling for service on the matter but really hope this is not a sign of bad things to come.

Worst model ever! Fridge sounds like itself ringing after you close any door. Had part replaced, same issue. Filter status won't reset.

The set up of this fridge is inefficient. There is no room thanks to the platter drawer. If you plan on buying more than one milk container buy something else, There is no room for anything. The platter drawer forces you to push the shelves high, it eliminates any tall items you plan to buy. Juice milk and food containers. our eggs are stored in the platter tray along with other thin items, but the containers still hit the bottom the shelf above them. annoying

This fridge is great and easy to see everything. It looks great in my kitchen.

Too new to tell of product efficiency and quality. But if you want Best Buy bucks you have to respond before you have a history with the product. Bright LED lights and spacious storage.

This fridge has broke twice since I bought it and now after just over a year, I have to replace it. The customer service at whirlpool is a joke. Do NOT recommend.

This is our second one in 6 years. Only went with same one so it matches everything in our kitchen and we have some spare parts from previous one. Overall it's nice but our last one kept freezing up on the inside and no one could figure it out how to fix it. This new one now sounds like it's fan if not tight and wabbles. Need to call them to come fix it now.

Beautiful in new kitchen. Many nice features and very functional.

This Fridge was delivered to me May 26, 2022, I could only install it end of July 2022. The ice maker stopped working July of 2023. A 3k fridge with less than one year of usage that doesn't work anymore and no warranty... great!

Unhappy about service provided. Manager Drew is useless not helpful at all. 1800 number for customer service was loud could hear people laughing and no one could answer my question. Beginning to really regret buying a refrigerator at this business. Installer was to rough when installing and broke off screw in plate.
