Ice maker needed repaired twice, covered under warranty. Now the fridge just stopped working and told it’s not covered under warranty. Buyer beware!!

We checked other fridges from the same model and they were all off. This is a big defect for a company of the stature of Whirlpool. Also, BestBuy initially promised me a 20% make do gift card but then later backed out of the offer which was extremely disappointing, which is again unacceptable from a company such as BestBuy.

Great fridge for a large family

Loud water and ice poor quality

Delivery person said nothing he could do. Best Buy called me and offered me a gift card or to have it repaired. Repair person came out and said he had to order a part to see if he could even put the handles. Now I need to wait a week and take another day off work. Also, the water and ice dispenser are extremely loud.

Great except when it doesn't work

When refrigerator works it is rock solid and well designed but if it only lasts a bit longer than than standard warranty then I can't recommend this product.
