It's in the inside of the refrigerator in the back and it has Styrofoam in the back and it gets into the ice and water. Also, any water that drops on to the tray, will leave a permanent stain on the try, even if you wipe up the drip. Tried this refrigerator a few times now and it just does the same thing. Whirlpool quality has gone way down, what a shame. Bought us a GE that is bigger and has a stainless steel tray for water droppings.

Had technician come out on November 23 and next day November 24 the lights went again.

Damaged delivery fridge

The delivery personnel informed your office. He said they will call us by alarm Sunday or Mo day to schedule replacement. As of this date, nothing heard from best buy. I tried several times to call your office but unable to get hold . Please acknowledge and need the replacement ASAP.

Lazy delivery man

I got the same refrigerator from Lowe’s it got delivered and fitted With No problems. I lost time and money with the purchase from Best Buy. Thumbs Down

Condenser went out after 2 years
