Would give a 5 but the buzzer that let you know the refrigerator door was left open isn’t loud enough I can barely hear it produces good amount of ice adequate space has a drawer that can be adjusted to keep either vegetables or meat chilled until cooked I love this feature

So far very happy. We have had the fridge a few weeks now and so far it is great. Very spacious, quiet and seems to hold temperature very well. The delivery was not the best. The fridge was supposed to be ready for use. I had to peel a lot of plastic and remove styrofoam from a few places. The doors were also not leveled properly and had to be fixed. Luckily those things are easy to do. I still give 5 stars since the delivery does not effect the workings and use of the fridge.

The refrigerator is a good value for its cost. I have learned my lesson. I will only buy appliances from GE or Whirlpool moving forward. I appreciate that this model doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other brands. I want the unit to keep my food cold but not to balance my checking account.

Love this fridge. It's works great. Like the storage in it. We had it for almost 6 months

I like everything about this refrigerator. Except the doors don’t lineup. This bugs me I guess I’ll get use to it. So far everything is working as it should. The ice maker is much nicer than my last refrigerator. I especially like that the finish doesn’t show fingerprints and is easy to maintain. The best service was through the sales staff on-the floor, thay we’re knowable and responsive to my needs.

The water/ ice dispenser has to be depressed incredibly hard for it to work. It's a pretty basic model with minimal options. There is no sensor for when the door gets left ajar. The surfaces are great, the multiple drawer options are nice & the lighting is great.

Beautiful big refrigerator.. love it.. but as with all ice makers .. this one didn’t work.. they brought me a new refrigerator… the new ice maker works off & on .. so I just bought ice trays & make our own ice .. & use the ice maker randomly.. but love whirlpool my last one lasted me 15 years!! My washer & dryer also ..

The interior size is nice. Lot of room on shelves. Two biggest issues for me: 1.) rather noisy. Sounds like a phone ringing at times. 2.) we bypassed the water filter due to using a reverse osmosis system. We removed the filter and water still works but, shows “change filter” all the time.

Love the size of this refrigerator. It’s easy to keep your food organized and see. The size of the freezer is great as well. I’m not disappointed at all.

Well thought out layout, fit and finish seems nice thus far. cooled down quickly and runs a fair bit quieter than the old unit. water/ice dispenses pretty quickly. it'd be nice to have a simple temperature read out on the display for piece of mind, Unless I just haven't discovered how to set that yet.

Great choice, we’ve purchased this item over 2 months ago, and couldn’t be happier... size performance and built. Highly recommended.

My advice - have the delivery folks (who have been absolutely AWESOME), unpack the fridge BEFORE you bring it in the house. 3 of the 4 damaged fridges we received had damage from manufacturing. They seem to be pushing in the hindges too hard from inside the fridge and it is pushing the metal out in the upper/right corner and upper/left corner of the fridge. Looks like a metal pimple. My problem is that EVERY fridge has arrived damaged. About to get fridge #5 delivered. Getting in touch with Geek Squad has been frustrating because the hold times can be up to 1.5 hours. Several times my call has been sent to an overseas call-center and they didn't quite understand me sometimes. I am trying to be patient...but next week they will be delivering their 5TH ATTEMPT at a shiny fridge without damage. That being said...I like the design of the fridge, and have no issue with it holding a good temperature. The ice maker is slow to make ice, but there is a FAST ice setting you can use sometimes (but was advised not to overuse it). The motor is quiet but the ice drop can be loud.

Well thought out design. The pizza storage in the freezer is just one of the small things that makes this fridge outstanding. And the ice maker can keep up with a family of four unlike other units.

We have have had the fridge for a few days now and it works as it should. Very spacious.

Overall I am very happy with the fridge. I have 2 issues with the fridge. 1 is that the water dispenser shoots water angled a bit away of where my cup usually is when I press the pad. 2 is the freezer door has a second shelf with a locking mechanism that is very annoying to deal with. You pull the drawer out and sometimes it gets stuck in the locked position.

love the little drawer in the middle to hold soda. Wish it came in white but the appliance is great.

All i can say nice, is it still works. The rear feet are not levelable. In my new house, i has to add 3/8 inch of shim in one corner of the rear. Many in and out rollings have marked my floor. The bestbuy guys who origionally installed it were nice but clueless about leveling, which is crucial to this ceaply built fridge. 2 months of use and noticed water on the freezer gasket. Called total tech, who after a long time pawned me off to whirlpool warrenty support. After many calls, a tech came out and the moulan heater strip was bad, 2 weeks later he replaced it. The ice maker died, bought a service manual and fixed it myself. Getting the swiging doors aligned was a nightmere. Only adjustable on one side and i was out of adjustment. Had to buy nylon shims for the non adjustable side. The install team did not remove all the blue tape, which is not visiable without removing drawers. Broken glass bits were occasionally falling out. Found the taped lower shelf over the lowest drawer. Ill have to take it all apart, when i have a place to store the food, and figure out what it's from. Lastly, the shelves are not even and sag on one side...wimpy... But it still works, 5 months later, so ill keep it going and live with it.

The storage capacity and layout of this refrigerator is excellent. I can’t evaluate longevity yet since I have only had it a a week. Ice maker capacity is small but you can add an ice maker in the freezer if you need it. The water dispenser drips a little after you stop so you need to get used to leaving the glass under the spout for a few seconds. The Best Buy delivery and installation was great.

I am very happy with my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It is very spacious and easy to keep organized with many shelves and drawers. The freezer part is also very roomy and easy to find what I need.

Lots of storage space! Lighting inside the fridge is nice and bright!
