Great fridge with plenty of space. The only con is that makes noise once in awhile. It doesn't bother me cause my kids make noise but i don't want to get rid of them! If you want absolute silence this isn't your fridge. But if you want great quality this is for you

This refrigerator replaced a Whirlpool Gold side by side from 2012. I love it! Water through the door is cold. Ice cubes are a little smaller since 2012 but perfect. So much room. Had an issue with first fridge, Best Buy and the geek squad took care of it. So glad this purchase was made through Best Buy. Collapsing shelf leaves tons of room for tall bottles. All the crisper drawers of different sizes are super convenient.

Bought beginning of 2021. Nice space, so bright and clean looking. HOWEVER when the compressor runs (about 30 minutes every hour) there is a high pitched ringing that comes along with it and it drives me FREAKING NUTS. It sounds like an emergency exit alarm is going off in the basement. Repairman said it's a combo of energy regulations and Whirlpool cheaping out on insulating and sound proofing. Whirlpool knows about the ringing. Good news is that they say the fridge should last a long time. Bad news is that the ringing will kill me first.

Overall the frig is excellent. However, we had a problem with the water dispenser in the door that with it dripping after getting water dispensed. This has taken some time in getting the issue resolved (actually the issue will be resolved on December 6th by Whirlpool factory service).

We bought this refrigerator after our previous Whirlpool (older of this one) went out after 8 years. We have had this one for two months are not really happy as it is already making weird sounds and we might have to call the manufacturer for a warranty service call. Although this newer model is bigger than our old one, the sliding tray in this one actually takes away usable height.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The Best Buy installation was flawless! I have had this for 7 months and have no issues. This replaced my Samsung fridge that I only had for 8 years but was always having issues. I hope this one lasts for at least 10-12 years.

Love this refrigerator. Very roomy, good storage, and quiet. I had an LG that required repairs after only three years. One year later had the same problem. So no more LG! Always had Whirlpool appliances before, and always had good luck with them. So I'm back with Whirlpool. This refrigerator was a little pricey compared to Samsung and LG, but they had features I didn't like, and this Whirlpool was perfect for me.

Love this refrigerator. It is everything I wanted and more. Installation was on time, and well done. I had a Samsung in the past that had continual issues. While this is new and has not had a lengthy trial, my friends have told me they love theirs and have had no issues.

Great refrigerator, lots of space with the many options for the shelves. One con so far (as we've only had it for 1 month so far) it is a bit noisy at times, usually while making ice.

Love this refrigerator! The ice maker in the door is amazing. Also, the fact that we don't have to try to remember to turn the ice maker off and on as needed. This process is automatic. Also, we are happy with the layout of the interior and only have to open one side of the fridge. It seems more efficient that way. Very happy with its performance.

This is a wonderful fridge. My wife and I recently purchased a house in Garner and needed a good fridge. It has been absolutely wonderful. The space is unbelievable. Best Buy has the most competitive price on appliances.

Bought this online to replace the same older model I had. I was bummed that this does not have a measure on the dispenser. The older model had the option to chose how many ounces to dispense at a time. This made morning coffee making very convenient, now I have to hold it...no big deal... Things in the fridge are at an ideal temp! Great product.

We love the refrigerator. The space is sufficient for us and the light source inside the refrigerator is bright enough. Only concern is I cannot control the temperature of water from water filter. It’s always cold.

Great interior room and lighting for getting food. Quiet running and easy pull out drawers. Great smudge resistance coating. Love the French doors on the refrigerator level. The door ice/water dispense is great! The door lighting is nice. Cycling the water to get good ice and water was a pain. I had to through out 4 gallons of water before the water looked clear and tasted OK.

We had a 5yr old LG that the compressor went out, this is very common for LGs and we didn't know it. We decided to switch back to Whirlpool since our 20 yr old set is still being used by our in-laws with no issues. I

This refrigerator came during the virus, so I had to set everything up. It was simple and easy and we had ice and water very quickly. The stainless steel is truly stainless. One unexpected value is that you can draw ice with the opposite door open...my wife seems to open the door as I’m getting ice, so this was a plus for us. Large doors and adjustable shelving.
