But two weeks after purchase my ice machine refuses to make ice. Will be calling for a fix. Bad product if already at two weeks I’m having to replace parts.

We have had a repair person out to our house on 11 separate occasions to repair the same issue. Since we are outside of the 1 year warranty, Whirlpool has decided that they no longer want to support us, as the same issue unsurprisingly continues to occur. They told me I should have bought an extended warranty for a ridiculous amount of money. Awful support reps. I wont ever purchase a Whirlpool appliance again.

It makes constant crackling noises that I have had a technician come out to resolve. A part was replaced but the issue has returned.
