Good choice among french door refrigerators

This model had fewer fancy bits to break down. So far it's working well, and seems to have a convenient storage layout. Only time will tell on the reliability. Our last fridge (GE) worked for 28 years. I don't expect the same for this one.

Refrigerator making loud noises

Recently I've noticed some loud, abnormal sounds coming from the back of fridge. I'm definitely worried about this noise, and concerned about what the underlying issue is with my new fridge.
