    The refrigerator stopped making ice and then the freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling and I just bought it 6 months ago! I had to call Whirlpool several times to get an appointment for warranty work and I have had to wait 3 weeks for someone to come out!

    We bought this fridge a year and half ago, and it died. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of food, and it took 4 days for a tech from Geek Squad to come out and say he can't fix it. It wasn't a relay switch or anything minor, the COMPRESSOR ITSELF went out after 18 months. Geek Squad doesn't even replace compressors anymore because it isn't cost effective. So now ANOTHER tech has to come out, and we have to wait an additional 5 days... Best Buy has horrible customer service, and Whirlpool is absolute GARBAGE. You've been warned.

    Great frige. Has slight temperature variation from front to rear leaving small amounts of ice on items stored in back.

    I liked the look of the refrigerator when we purchased, but the stainless has started to show some discoloration around the handles. The ice maker has also stopped working after (of course) the product is just out of warranty (purchased in February of 2021 and the ice maker has failed in October of 2022

    So far I am loving my refrigerator. I have had it for less than a month. Initially, it took a bit to fill the ice compartment but now that it has been running for several weeks it is not a problem.

    I am really disappointed in my whirlpool purchase. Our entire home is furnished with WP products, from our kitchen to our laundry room. All whirlpool but the most recent purchase has been horrible. We have the WP WRF757SDHZ. We had issues within the first month with a failed part. The unit was serviced and the part replaced. Then we had another failed part 9 months later and that too was serviced. Now the LED in the freezer just went out. How can this be. The unit is just about 2 years old and it is one issue after another. I would appreciate help with these ongoing issues. I would be happy to provide a receipt of our purchase.

    We've barely had this refrigerator for 2 years and for the last several months have had geek squad out several times to repair. No longer cools food and doesn't get cold enough to make ice. We've lost several hundreds of dollars in food over this issue. Will never buy again. We've asked for a replacement several times, however they continue buying parts and sending out repair people. It's still not fixed, nor working and has been down for months. Eating out is expensive and we likely should have just bought something else by now. Complete nightmare.

    4x ice issues back to back

    DO NOT BUY IT!! It stopped making ice 3 months before the end of my warranty and I have called 4x to have it repaired. They send out techs who never repair it. They manage to have ice made, but breaks again within a couple weeks. I am on my third call praying they will cover because I am a month out of warranty. Please do not purchase it !!

    We love our new Whirlpool Refrigerator, Quality, fit and finish seem good. Missing a couple of goodies that our last Whirlpool had in the ice machine/water dispenser area but overall very happy.

    Have this fridge since July 19th of 2021. Ever since i have it, i am unable to produce ice. I have contacted whirlpool numerous times. They have sent a tech several times. Today is October 11, guess what STILL NO ICE! Going on 3 months of this crap. I have asked whirlpool , to just replace the fridge but they will not. Rather send someone to my house , to "try" and fix it. I am up to visit number 9 of them trying to fix the ice maker. What a horrible experience with whirlpool. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

    Roosevelt and his assistant were very professional and respectful in delivery of refrigerator. Took every precaution in making sure to protect wood floors/furniture during installation.

    This refrigerator has so much interior space. It is actually the same size as the one I bought it to replce but it seems so much bigger. I really like it.

    It's nice and does everything you like but sometimes the ice door doesn't close or seal correctly and have to close door with a little more pressure. Still a decent buy.

    if at first you don't succeed! The first fridge we bought did not fit, due the outward swinging door. We had to go the store, again, and test each models fridge doors, to see if they could open in a 37" space, and this model did.

    I supposedly purchased a new Whirlpool Refrigerator, which was just delivered yesterday. I am not happy with the inside of this product; it looks like it was refurbished. There are nicks in the middle of the lower shelf. The slots used to attach the shelving are all scratched up and the left French Door’s interior is in rough condition around the edges. Is this the new standard with new appliances these days? My old, heavily used 13 year GE refrigerator looks nicer inside than this one. Currently I’m on hold, waiting for Whirlpool customer service to pick up. When I first got on the phone, they said someone would be with me in 62 minutes; my wait time was just updated to 39 minutes. My 2 star rating may be generous. This is ridiculous.
