Geek Squad now refers you to manufacturer to get repairs. Whirlpool is the worst. 2 weeks, still not fixed waiting for compressor. If it breaks again I’ll be taking it to BestBuy to demand a replacement or refund. Whirlpool Appliances have become disposable.

Thete is a spot on the left door for a shelf. No shelf is there. My DC on purchased the same refrigerator 10 months ago and there was a shelf We asked the store and they said we could order one. ????

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

We lost hundreds of dollars worth of food, and it took 4 days for a tech from Geek Squad to come out and say he can't fix it. It wasn't a relay switch or anything minor, the COMPRESSOR ITSELF went out after 18 months. Geek Squad doesn't even replace compressors anymore because it isn't cost effective. So now ANOTHER tech has to come out, and we have to wait an additional 5 days... Best Buy has horrible customer service, and Whirlpool is absolute GARBAGE. You've been warned.

Complained to whirlpool but still waiting for the bins to be delivered. Internal space not well designed. ROLLING shelf takes too much space, and is not very useful, but cannot be removed. Far too difficult to remove freezer drawer. The design have to be improved.
