This was an open box item. Delivery was scheduled and rescheduled 4 times! I finally went to the store and made them search for the fridge. It was found and mislabeled. The delivery warehouse never bothered to call the store to find out why they weren’t getting the product. There are no phone numbers to call the store or delivery department. I won’t be doing business with Best Buy again.

The bottom freezer drawer is just a little hard for me to pull out. When I open the doors refrigerator moves forward. It needs to be tightened down at the bottom those 2 bolts/ screws.

Because we didn’t purchase “Geek Squad” extra warranty Best Buy won’t replace it. Contacted Whirlpool and they pretty much aren’t helping either. Lost $300 worth of groceries and no refrigerator. They compressor is on a national search but could take 21 Business days. Neither one of these places care that the refrigerator is less than 3 months old and we have nothing to keep our food in.

Great looking refrigerator

The only “issue” we have found with this unit is the in door water dispenser nozzle is positioned far from the back paddle. Narrow mouthed water bottles and cups don’t work with this set up.

Keeps things fresh and cold Cons- The water dispenser is sort of stiff, and hard to push to dispense water. Doesn't show the current temp inside the fridge and freezer, just what you set it to.
