Great fridge for a large family

Refridgerator of our dreams!

Delivery person said nothing he could do. Best Buy called me and offered me a gift card or to have it repaired. Repair person came out and said he had to order a part to see if he could even put the handles. Now I need to wait a week and take another day off work. Also, the water and ice dispenser are extremely loud.

When refrigerator works it is rock solid and well designed but if it only lasts a bit longer than than standard warranty then I can't recommend this product.

Poor quality control - first had a sun-damaged vending panel, next had a noisy ice/chilled water motor and 1-inch-crooked handle mounts, final has a broken sliding tray and noisy cooling motor (different motor than the second one!).

Was charged to have fridge set up and it wasn’t.

The person who came out brought the fridge in put it in the kitchen saw that we needed a part to hook up the water told us to get it and left. Didn’t unpackaged the shelves, didn’t take any of the protective wrapping off, didn’t put the water filter in or the fresh pack.

Salesmen was great showed me around after I explained what I wanted. He showed me exactly what I wanted a Whirlpool and it was in stock and received it in three days the process was easy and the set up was perfect and removed old refrigerator.
