I love my Refrigerator that have not been delivered yet.

This was an open box item, when delivered, the freezer door looked buckled, which made the seal gap which caused a "snowing" effect on our frozen food. When we purchased the item, we didn't see, nor was it brought to our attention. When we went back to the store, and spoke to Andrew about possibly a new drawer or front to fix the problem so we could keep the fridge. He told us he couldn't help us, and informed us, "we got a good deal on the refrigerator", and couldn't help us with fixing the refrigerator. We called geek squad, they said Whirlpool didn't have a replacement. We went to the Lancaster store, where they returned it for us and sold us a side-by-side.

It did not get cold and continued to go down hill in the 2 weeks that followed. Best Buy was extremely nice in allowing us to return this lemon. We purchased a LG and love it!

Have had an icing issue with this one behind the crisper drawer causing the refrigerator to rarely go below 45 degrees. First occurrence was about 3 months after purchase. I thought that maybe the door had gotten left open as the left one has to be pushed to close properly, so I unplugged it for two days to thaw. It worked fine for about another 2 months. Now it's a monthly routine of emptying everything out to thaw, so that the temp will stay at a reasonable level.

I bought this product for practical purposes. I had a better product prior to this but is and okay refrigerator.

Could have been made better. It is noisy and hard to lose the bottom door due to being attached inside.

After I purchase this refrigerator. I notice that theres a leaked and so far technician came twice and its still broken. Its very inconvenient to me and my family. Not sure what to do with this brand new refrigerator.

Less than 2 months, broken. When works which is not often makes laud noise.

This Refrigerator continues to leak air from the top of the unit between the doors when the fan blows. Repair has been out twice, soon to be the third time.

Rust spots after just one month of use now it’s been almost a year and there are rust spots all over it

Going from a 20 cu ft fridge to this 27 cu ft fridge was a huge up grade. Love to be able to open one door instead of the whole thing. The lightning is great and the room and shelfs are fantastic. Runs quiet as well. Have not had any problems since we have had this fridge. Delivery was great too!

We are very disappointed with this product/service

I read 15 pages of reviews before buying. I have never been happier with a refrigerator in my life! It is so very organized, lighting is EXCELLENT, ice is EXCELLENT, a lot of room for everything... I cannot relate to the reviews that had complaints as our refrigerator is whisper quiet, and everything is just perfect. The customer service at our local Best Buy has been stellar, too. I will be buying more Whirlpool appliances as time goes on. We are delighted with our purchase!

I have never performed a review on a product before but I feel compelled to warn future buyers to avoid this fridge. We bought ours in June 2017 and started having issues in August 2017. The ice maker would not dispense ice. Whirlpool resolved that issue with a new part. In September, the fridge quit cooling. It would stay in the 50's instead of around 37 degrees. We called Whirlpool and they scheduled someone to come out but it would be several days before someone was available. Once the repairman did show up, he determined a new main circuit board was needed and it would be over a week to get one. We had to live out of coolers for almost 2 weeks. Once the part came in and was installed, the temp stayed in the 40's. We called again and they swapped out another part. It worked for about a week and temp went back to the upper 40's. Whirlpool has since swapped out several more parts and as of yesterday, November 11, 2017, it still is not working. The repairman ordered yet another part that is going to take a week to get . They refuse to swap out the fridge with a new one and Best Buy will not take it back. I told Whirlpool we paid a lot of money for a fridge and we continue to live out of a cooler. We have had to toss a lot of groceries due to spoiling. Whirlpool's suggestion was for us to get a second fridge to keep in our garage.

This refrigerator gave us the extra room needed to downsize and lose an extra garage freezer. I like it all except the water/ice dispenser could be a little more user friendly. We have it down to a science but everyone new to the frig has spills and ice all over...
