I love the price i got on the floor sample fridge!

We recently moved and had to buy a new fridge- it took us about 2 seconds to look at all fridges and we ended back with the same fridge we had at our old house (just the newer model). It is very easy to move the shelves to accommodate our needs and I love the fact that the ice maker is in the door- I don't lose fridge space.

The fridge is ascetically pleasing and has a lot of room in the fridge area. The pullout freezer is a decent size with a top and bottom for extra storage. The touchscreen for water, ice, light, etc is great. Water tastes good with the inline filter.

It is a nice fridge, way better than the old one. I thought it was stainless steel, but the magnets stick to it, so it must be brushed steel.

So Far it's been great. Dealing with Best Buy sales and delivery was great, no problems at all! I was concerned about the freezer having as much room as my old side by side but honestly, I think it has more or it is just easier to find things in since you are looking down. The refrigerator space is great!

Overall this is a nice fridge. My only complaint for this fridge would be the left side door, ice water side does not close with ease like the right side door. Just pushing it closed doesn't cut it. You must push it completely in otherwise it will not completely close and your ice will melt. There is a alarm to warn you.... This is good, however if you leave the room you may not hear it. For this I will give it 3 star rating.

I bought this item to help upgrade our kitchen to a new house my family moved into. The item has a large capacity for items and stays cold very well. The only con I have found is the ice/water spout. With having it all in one space the position of your cup can very which sometimes leaves a mess.

Looks great, much better than the prior Sears Kenmore Elite Grab & Go version which has always had issues.

We’ve had to have our refrigerator repaired 4 times on the 3 years we’ve owned it. It continues to build up ice and breaks the fan preventing it from circulating air properly and cooling properly.

We bought this refrigerator for my parents and after a couple of months it stop working all there food when bad and they took like a week for the technician to go look at it please don't buy this brand don't waste ur money one of the worst brands

The refrigerator/freezer has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen!! The freezer on the bottom has pull out drawer and a pocket in the front of the drawer for pizzas or other small boxes. Excellent quality!!

This refrigerator is great in a new home. While it might be large it fits nicely in a tight kitchen.

I'm somewhat disappointed in all the noises this refrigerator makes. The fan is very loud. The ice cubes are small so this thing constantly dumps ice. Maybe there is a quieter model.

I purchased this brand to replace the LG refrigerator that was only 3 years old. This brand was highly recommended by my appliance repairman. After I did my research, I had to agree. My son also owns one and recommended it to me too.

The service people come on exactly the time slot I was promised. The installation was professional quality. We love this refrigerator's big capacity! It looks very nice in our kitchen. We are very happy so far!

We purchased this on March 6 2019. It was a 'floor model'. The door handles were loose but that was easy to fix. The freezer door gasket has come loose on the bottom shortly after purchase and now has completely fallen off. The unit leaks water into the freezer so I've had to de-ice every few weeks. I called for service and was told this unit was previously registered in 2016 so I really need to have my paperwork in order if I expect a warranty. The frig layout itself. For the size of the frig there doesn't seem to be alot of space. Same goes for the freezer. It is nice that the ice cube holder is removable.

Only complaint is the ice maker makes some nice, otherwise it runs quiet.

Great Refrigerator for whole family. Very quite and good looking.

I love my new refrigerator and told my friends about the product and great service. A friend actually bought a whole kitchen appliances (4) from Best Buy's when she saw the service.

It has passed only a few days with it, but I like it very much.
