I have not kept this fridge, just because I ended up needing a counter-depth one. It's a good, cold fridge. Not terribly loud. Nice and big. I didn't connect the ice & water so I can't comment on that. The front is magnetic. My only complaint is that there aren't adjustable shelves on the fridge side...why any manufacturer is still making fridges without adjustable shelves is beyond me. You can adjust where the door bins go, and the freezer shelves are adjustable.

I love it its everything i like has ice machine and water dispenser. Vey big and spacious i would recommend this refrigerator.

I have been a very happy owner of this refrigerator for a little over a year. The size for a side-by-side is very large. The print-resistant stainless is FANTASTIC! I love the electronic control panel on the front and especially the feature that allows you to dispense water at a pre-determined amount. I use this feature all the time-even for cooking and baking. It is very accurate. I also really like the cute little pyramid-shaped ice cubes. The noise coming from the ice maker that some are complaining about doesn’t bother me. It’s for such a short period of time, and it’s only the water filling the little ice cube molds and/or dumping them into the ice bin. And the removable ice bin is SO EASY to remove and replace. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and Best Buy’s installers were excellent! Thank you!!!

Only had it Two weeks, but seems to be a great purchase. It is not fingerprint resistant, so I would imaging with small children it would need to be continuously wiped down. Very roomy and cold, both refrigerator and freezer with factory presets. The wires going to the freezer door that have been a problem breaking in earlier models seem to not be a problem, at this point anyway. Installers Michael & Jordon did a fantastic job with delivery and installation, I didn’t need the waterline kit, I was able to use the line from the “old” refrigerator.

This is a great refrigerator! I had a little bit of an older model one in black in my previous house and the black didn't match the rest of the kitchen in my new house. This is a great replacement/upgrade! The fingerprint resistant finish really works as long as you don't have any sticky fingers (like my daughter). I'd read some criticisms of the newer models that use just one dispenser for both ice and water saying that it'll sometimes drip, and it would go onto the floor instead of the drip tray. I can say that this model does not have that problem at all!

I cannot say enough about the added convenience of the extra cubic feet. The shelves and compartments are very well designed. The ice maker is the most productive that I have ever seen. I am happy with this refrigerator and have zero buyer's remorse 6 weeks later.

Absolutely love it. My last one just like it has lasted 21 years and still running great. Ice maker on freezer door giving more shelf space. Refrigerator has much more storage space.

After much trouble with our French door refrigerator, we decided to go back to the side by side. I miss the refrigerator space but am hoping this lasts more than 6 years. The ice maker in the door leaves a lot more space in the freezer. Am really liking it so far.

Refrigerator is nice and big. A lot of storage room in this model. Has glass shelves in both Refrigerator and Freezer section, which is nice over the wire shelves you see n most freezers. Refrigerator cooled quickly after install, coming down to 37 within 3 hours. Overall happy with the purchase. This was a replacement, as the first one we received had issue with the water pump. Ensure you check that before they leave.

This refrigerator is amazing! Very spacious, easy access to your items, clear view to see things deep in the fridge where they don't get "lost". Lots of room in the door for large items on top shelf and smaller bottles below. Icemaker is in the door which allows for more room in the main freezer section. Had this for a month and haven't regretted our purchase. We also did our research by reading reviews ahead of time. Always have purchased Whirlpool appliances!

I originally wanted a french door refrigerator but they were too expensive and this Whirlpool was actually decently priced and had more space than some other similar models. I purchased this in January 2019 and so far it is doing great. The icemaker design does save room in the freezer and as far as the noise that it makes is not loud but what you would expect from the water line feeding into the icemaker and then later when the ice falls into the bin. Only con is there is no where to store butter. For the money it is awesome!

Just got our new fridge delivered yesterday. Huge! Which I love! Side by side is GREAT! The lighting is bad. I get blinded from the top LED light when I open the door so I have to keep something tall in front of the light to block it. The fridge is essentially backlit so everything looks dark. Then there is the freezer... it’s really great! Love the drawers and ton of a space for everything! HOWEVER, the ice maker is LOUD! I can hear it throughout our entire house. Whether it is making ice or you are dispensing, It sounds like there should be a muffler but it fell off. Not at all happy about that. The water line has leaked already so not sure if that was the installer that didn’t attach correctly but we think we got it attached. Fingers crossed.

Great price. Loved the interior layout. Ice maker keeps up with a family of four.

We have a family of 6 & cook a lot - we need a ton of fridge space. This fridge is huge! We also use loads of ice & this tiny ice maker keeps up with us! The only thing I don't care for, is that it scratches easily when magnets slide down and the doors aren't level. The leveling tool wasn't included, so I need to figure out where to get one.

The refrigerator is installed and seems to run quietly compared to all other refrigerators I've owned. Though I have not obtained occupancy of our new home at the beach, I can report that the delivery was well done with no damage apparent to the outward finish and we are looking forward to our big fridge! We were nervous, because we had to leave the refrigerator in the garage in the shipping container while construction proceeded to the point of installation. We just experienced an unsatisfactory purchase when ABT delivered another appliance that had no apparent damage, but when opened (after 30 days) was dented, and no return or exchange was acceptable. Thank you Best Buy for a job well done!

I just switched from a Kenmore refrigerator. I've owned Kenmore products for more than 25 years. Since there's no longer any Sears in my neighbor, I went with whirlpool. I am very pleased with this product so far. It's very spacious and runs relatively quiet. The only down is the water doesn't come out cold and intially it took a long time for the ice basket to full up. I just purchased a Whirlpool stove. I hope as pleased with that purchase.

I bought it a month ago and I like it very much. It has a lot of space for freezer area, vegetables area and inside of the fridge is very roomy for my family.

Beautiful, cold refrigerator with just one gripe! The in-door ice basket rubs on the side wall of the fridge every time the freezer door is opened and closed. There is1 to 2mm of play on the basket. I contacted whirlpool and they tell me that its normal.. Doesn't seem right. I'm worried that over time the constant rubbing will damage the inner wall or the basket itself. I have had to Gerry-rig a small plastic shim to hold the ice basket in so it will not rub. Other than that this machine is stunning and spacious

Fridge is great. Lots of shelf space on both sides. Love the ice maker being on the inside of the door, allowing for extra shelf space. It runs quietly as well. Very satisfied so far with this purchase

So far this unit is big enough which is what I worried about with a side by side. This has the ice unit in the freezer door just like my last French door. So you don’t lose shelf space on top of the freezer. It also cleans up better than my last fridge. I hope it lasts for years to come as its hard to find a refrigerator I like.
