Great quality but can be noisy at times. Lots of room in refrigerator area but no much in freezer part! Looks great!

We are very pleased with the new refrigerator the space in the freezer is perfect and very Convenient for organizing items. Space in refrigerated area is ample and very well lit. Exterior is very easy to keep clean.

We're very pleased with this refrigerator. It was delivered on time & in good order. It replaced a Kenmore trio with a bottom freezer & we weren't sure that we would like the side by side. We always thought that the spaces were all too narrow,, but as it turns out , the refrigerator is huge & fits everything perfectly & then some. Based on the cost of some of the other units, this one was a bargain as well. I think we made a good choice & would recommend it to others.

I have to say I bought my old Whirlpool refrigerator back in 1999, and it was a great investment, so it was time to get a new Fridge, I knew I wanted to stay with Whirlpool, this baby is awesome, lots of space, deep shelves, I love that the ice machine is on the door, more room in the freezer area. So happy.

Great choice for our needs . Delivered and set up, temp lowered quickly. Good addition to our kitchen. Need a good plan to organize this refer. Ice and water delivery is substantial.

Nice refrigerator, the stainless steel is easy to clean and matches my other whirlpool appliances. There is a ton of space inside both the refrigerator and freezer sides. You can adjust the lights in the water dispenser, and you can lock the pads so if you have curious kids who might like to see ice or water flowing it's a great feature. The water from the dispenser doesn't seem to come out very cold, or match the ounce count on the display. But those two things aren't enough to make me think negatively about this fridge.

This appliance has some pros and cons... I will list them here for you. Pros: 1. Huge interior 2. Door mounted ice makers leaves a lot of space in the freezer 3. Water/ice dispenser pretty useful Cons: 1. Inconsistent temps. Both sides are too cold... The cooler side freezes my veggies and ices up on the air vent 2. Poor lighting. The light in the rear does not help when the top shelf is full. The rest of the inside is pretty dark 3. Noisy when the ice maker is filling the tray with water 4. It only makes 10 cubes at a time and takes one hour to make one tray of ice. 5. Ice capacity is pretty small 6. Shelves are pretty flimsy 7. Freezer side has enclosed drawers which inhibits freezing and air circulation 8. What! No butter cubby in the door? It's a $50 option? 9. Cold water dispenser keep water at only 50 degrees which is pretty warm 10. Doors misaligned with insulation seeping on the crevices To fix the inconsistent temps, i had to call service. They had to seal the crevices between the inside plastic insulation and the outer cabinet. Right now it seems to work but we shall see how long that will last... For the price, it seems to be a decent but not good value,

Fridge, freezer are overall great and still run well after two years, but the ice maker has one fatal design flaw. Whirlpool routes the wires for the ice maker, led screen, and water dispenser under the freezer door hinge, and every time you open the freezer door, it pulls on and stresses those wires just a little bit. Thus after ~2 years, three of the wires, especially the tiny white one, snapped, and the ice machine stopped working. We spliced them back together easily enough, even adding a bit of length with new wire, but...the door opening still stresses them, and they broke again. And again. Major design flaw. Great amount of storage in the fride and freezer, but it is easy to overfill the freezer and cause cooling issues. As long as you keep the sides clear, the fridge works great.

This is the best refrigerator we have ever had. It is so big and the drawers and shelves are so many that after a trip from the grocery store this refrigerator still has room for more. The videos online helped us learn the features easily. This is our 3rd refrigerator in 35 years for the same house and by far outdoes the Samsung French Door model which this Whirlpool replaced after a long and drawn-out multiple service repair of the defrost cycle for 4 years. We also have so much room in the freezer with the ice maker being in the door. Great price and online shopping experience.

I love the amount of space this fridge has! Having the ice on the door leaves extra room in the freezer! The stainless steel really does resist fingerprints!

Lots of space & shelves on the door are livable, so easy to customize the space. Also like the ice maker in the door, so it doesn’t take up as much space!

Researched extensively and decided on this fridge. Previously always bought Kenmore appliances. Has plenty of room and really like ice maker in the door to save freezer space. Highly recommend!

MY NEW WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE IS EASIER TO USE THAN THE COLONIAL FRIDGE WE HAD FOR 10 YEARS. THERE SEEMS TO BE MORE ROOM AND IT'S MUCH EASIER TO LOCATE ITEMS IN THE FREEZER. SIDE BY SIDE IS THE WAY TO GO! THANKS BEST BUY FOR OFFERING THIS ITEM, WE LOVE IT!

We purchased this Whirlpool Refrigerator after we had purchased an opened box Samsung Refrigerator that didn't cool and made a loud sound when the door was closed. So far, we are extremely happy with the new Whirlpool Refrigerator. The lock feature on the ice/water dispenser keeps our toddler from making a mess, and the inside is specious. Would recommend.

Well it wasn't our plan to replace our old LG fridge until it totally broke down. Doing a research and all they say this brand is good/reliable when it comes to refrigerators as Samsung and LG are the worst, knowing others who owns them had the same issue. My mom had her eye on this one as we visit Best Buy store by us and it did not fail. It was spacious which we prefer not like other side by side fridge. Interior lights give so much brightness seeing all the food/stuff inside, functions are great too. So far, we are happy with the purchase. The design and look from the outside is 10/10.

I liked my previous refrigerator a lot (also a Whirlpool which I bought after a couple of disastrous previous purchases of other brands), but this one is even better. It is spacious, quiet and looks good in the kitchen. It cooled rapidly after installation and maintains temperature perfectly. I have stainless steel appliances and find cleaning smudges off them to be a nuisance, but the finish on this refrigerator is extremely easy to maintain as it seems to repel smudges. I can easily clean off the occasional smudge by just wiping it with a dry microfiber cloth.
