Bought this 4 months ago. Started making loud noise and water from dispenser tastes terrible! Replaced water filter with genuine Whirlpool filter. Still tastes awful. After watching video I took, repair tech said diffuser is bad. Waited several weeks for part and finally received it. Repair tech will also replace water reservoir and inside water line. Hopefully the water will taste better as my tap water taste fine. Generally we love Whirlpool appliances but we've had a poor experience with this product.

spacious with good organization of shelves for easy access - still waiting to see if there is a problem with the ice maker's retractable arm that is the on/off control for ice production - the control arm has not yet descended as shown in the owner's manual after three days of operations so my evaluation assumes that this problem will resolve or be corrected

Works well. Like the ice maker/dispenser; easy to remove the bucket when we need a lot of ice and its position on the door leaves plenty of room in the freezer. One downside: the stainless steel handle scratched already -- maybe from my wife's ring...

So far I'm well pleased with the refrigerator. It's attractive and works great and is a joy after dealing with my prior refrigerator, a brand with known defects that wouldn't keep the contents cold and the ice maker wouldn't work. Lots of room in both the refrigerator and freezer.

I’ve had this refrigerator for about a month and so far it’s been great. Plenty of room in both fridge and freezer and it makes ice pretty fast. I have 5 kids and it’s holding up to all their abuse as well. If I had to recommend something I would say that the refrigerator needs one more shelf on the door, other than that we’re all very happy with the purchase.

So far this refrigerator has been great. Plenty of space, keeps food nice and cold and looks nice. We purchased online and the team that came for delivery and installation was top notch. No complaints!

I did my review before purchasing a new fridge, I'm glad I decided for this one for what I think it was a good choice. It was delivered with no damages. This fridge is quiet, roomy, well lit, have a great look and works perfect .I'm very happy with my choice so far ...I only had it for a month.

Love the size of this, holds a lot of items. The color is amazing in my kitchen. Clean very easy. Love the ice marker in the door gives more room. Is a little nosier than my old one when making ice.

We've only had this unit three weeks, but so far so good. My only concern is that the freezer drawers don't easily pull out for easier access, but that is definitely not a deal breaker.

I really like this refrigerator. I have used Whrilpool products for years. The refrigerator this one is replacing I had 21 years. I love the stainless steel. It has more room than the previous one, but it was big also.

Great refrigerator works just like it was fresh out the box had one tiny dent

It has been about 30 days since the installation. The refrigerator is good. The only issues I have is a) The drawers and door shelves seem to be made of cheap / thinner / lighter plastic (compared to ones on our older Whirlpool refrigerator) and there is a fear that over time and use it will crack / break b) The cover to the Water Filter seems to have a weak hinge mechanism, and over the years (2 times a year replacement) may break off - without the cover, the filter will not "Seat itself properly) c) Unlike the single water filter the fridge does not come with aan Air filter. Like the water filter one should have been provided with the fridge

Great refrigerator. One of the biggest residential side by side refrigerators. 3 drawers in frig instead of 2. Great for separating veggies, fruits and lunch meats. The ice maker is in the door. A great space saver but is noisy when you get ice, that should be expected. It is quieter than other refrigerators I’ve had in the past. That’s the only down side to this appliance. We really like this frigerator. Best Buy had it at a great price too.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy and I have to say that I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The sleek design of the refrigerator is a great addition to my kitchen, and it’s incredibly spacious inside.

Really enjoying this new refrigerator. Features meet our needs and then some. Maintains freezer and regular part of the refrigerator at the proper temp. Ice maker so far works well and makes plenty of ice. Whirlpool did an excellent job on the interior lay out and spacing of the shelves. Recommend this side by side highly.

Fridge and freezer are great. Nice and big. Inside trays and compartments are nice and durable. Well made. The ice dispenser is a little slow and sloppy & it’s somewhat obnoxious to have to run 4 gallons of water through every new $50 filter.

We ordered this and it got exactly in the space as we hoped it would! We thought the measurements would be tight (about .5 an inch) on both sides and thankfully the doors opening weren’t an issue. My mom says it’s very spacious and that she loves it. :)

Great fridge. Real ice cubes and perfect fit in my kitchen. Also was delivered 2 days after ordering.

Bought this refrigerator 4 years ago. It has work very well until just recently It suddenly stopped making ice and I had a tech come in today. He showed me where live wires we’re completely sheared in my wiring harness under the freezer door. This was behind a metal access panel . I of course called customer service and was told they had not heard of any similar problems. I asked to send them this pic and they declined. I have since gone on Line and seen the same exact issue. Not sure I will sleep well nights until I can get the refrigerator replaced
