It’s only been a month, so I can’t speak to longevity, but so far it’s been good. Lots of space, lots of shelves, and basically silent. The only issue so far is that the measuring instrument for the water dispenser is inaccurate. If it says it dispensed 8 oz. it was really only 6.

We've owned this refrigerator since Nov. 2021. Worked fine until about 9 months ago. The icemaker stopped working. I tried several things that didn't work and finally just ordered another refrigerator. I had to remove the doors to get the unit out of the kitchen and when I did, I found the wires completely cut in the hinge area. I will try to fix the wires and use this unit in the basement area of our home. Too bad we liked the space this unit offered but bad design for the wiring.

I love it it has lots of room in the fridge and the freezer plus it looks great

Only thing is the ice dispenser is loud and the water can measure how much is being dispensed but it’s not accurate when measured with a measuring cup.

Great refrigerator. Very nice water dispensing system. Ice cubes are a great size. Much bigger than I thought I was going to get. I’m very pleased. The Beat Buy delivers were awesome. Very professional and we’re following Covid-19 protocol.

Best Buy for the money. Tremendous storage space. Love the ice storage in the door leaves more space in the freezer.

I loved this refrigerator, however after 2 years the Ice maker quit working and we discovered that the wiring below the door was rubbing and broke wires. Is a total mess. I hope the company reaches out to fix this??? I’m heart broken.

Very good, large fridge. I like the fact that the ice maker/water can dispense while the refrigerator door is open. Replaced a 5-year old Samsung that had an icemaker that was replaced 3 times. Get a Whirlpool.

Love this refrigerator! It makes great ice and has good storage capacity for my needs - small household. It was available and at a great price.

Very spacious, great icemaker but a bit noisy when it runs, easy to use controls, water and ice dispensers are logical and functional, shelves are easy to adjust and clean. A big improvement over our fashionable but poor quality French door this replaced.

Disappointed that my new Whirpool refrigerator showed some problems within the first 3 months after I bought it. The fridge has loud noise, some food in the fridge gets frozen, the shelves cannot be moved around, no butter shelf and handles/doors are misaligned!!! Why??? Are those standards now with Whirpool refrigerators? I have called technician to work on it and still it did not resolve the problem. It is embarrassing on Whirlpool to have refrigerator defects such as this considering that Whirpool used to have a good reputation (I had Whirpool Fridge for almost 20 years before this purchase). My question now is, Does Whirlpool not have a good quality control anymore? Whirlpool has always been my favorite kitchen appliance brand but with this new purchase, I have lost my trust on the brand. I could not even recommend it to others and even show to my family/friends my new refrigerator that I paid alot without telling them defects.

Much more room that I expected and the door features are easy to use. I maker is very nice in that it does not overfill or create clumps.

Able to fit all our food, super easy to use, easy access for kids, love the locks on the water.

The Whirlpool refrigerator is great!!! I love the no fingerprint feature on the stainless steel!!! A lot of room inside the refrigerator and freezer!! Great size ice cubes!!

Great side by side refrigerator, replacement during remodeling project

We were running out of space in our fridge upstairs and needed to get something extra for the garage. I looked in multiple stores for the best fridge. I am so impressed by the space this fridge has. There are so many shelves and the shelves are pretty deep. It holds everything perfectly! Two big thumps up on such an awesome product!

I like it a lot so far. Only had it a week. But so far it works for me. I didn’t notice it doesn’t have a temperature control for refrigerator and freezer

The back upper shelves actually semi freezes my food and the lower door shelves are not as cold so I've had to just change where I put items based on how cold I want them kept. The water dispenser does not dispense very cold water. My other fridge dispensed much colder water. But I do like that you can just press a button and have your glass fill with a preset amount or water. Also the water dispenser works even when the door is opened. The freezer keeps everything nice and frozen. The fridge is very deep and spacious. I love it! I hope it lasts!

It is spacious and arranged for all my needs. I like the ice in the door. It gives me more Room in the freezer for all my food. A like that a light comes on if I forget to shut the door completely. The icebreaker feels rapidly
