Love my new refrigerator freezer. The ice maker in my old fridge broke several years ago. I love that i have ice in the door again.

Cooling effect is good, trays and storage is great. Interiorsband exterior is good

Absolutely love it. It has plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. It gets super cold had to turn the setting up higher than what's recommended. I like that you can set the light on the water and ice dispenser to be on or off

So far so Good refrigerator , Ice maker makes a loud noise when it's starting a new cycle then makes a strange noise some times like I think I hear a helicopter out side , but no it's coming from the refrigerator !

Keeps everything cold. Quick and easy install thanks to the delivery service. So far it works great! Lots of space and the in the door ice maker is pretty cool.

The refrigerator arrived as scheduled and the two delivery men, KC and Brian, were very careful in removing the old refrigerator and installing my new one. Everyone has been extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I’ve only had the refrigerator one day but so far so good. It’s running like a champ, making ice, and fits perfectly into the spot we have allocated for it. This is just another example of the great success I have had when making purchases from Best Buy. We bought our Whirlpool refrigerator at the Best Buy center for slightly damaged appliances. What is was missing were the handles which was a simple fix since it was going to be in our garage. What I liked was the size of the freezer which could accommodate a cake holder. I measured many styles and the width of this freezer was several inches wider than some! Along with how pleased I have been with this purchase was the extremely helpful salesman who showed us the different models.

Size and color are great. The quality of build seems to be lacking. Freezer door offset from frame. Unable to adjust in the field. Ice maker extremely slow and leaking. They can do better with this one. Bad day on the assembly line?

We really like this refrigerator! It's much more space than I thought it would be coming from a freezer bottom....The only thing I could say is it could be a little more quiet when ice dispenser refills, if I had to be picky but so far, so good.

I absolutely love my Whirlpool French door refrigerator..lots of room and like a piece of Art Work in my Kitchen... great Quality and truly a visually beautiful appliance. Thank you Best Buy for always having Quality Products and best prices.

Great unit, like all the storage space on both sides. Had to raise the factory setting of the fridge from 37 to 39 deg. had some things too cold.

This refrigerator has been everything we were expecting. Yes is a little noisy but, works for us. Read all of the reviews!

Overall appearance is good, fit into space as expected. Plenty of room inside both compartments. Freezer could use an additional shelf and the fridge portion is lacking a butter tray / shelf in the doors. The doors swing open to 180 degrees so if you have a wall or cabinet that is deeper the the fridge there is real chance the door will bang into the wall and dent the door or damage the wall. Ice maker was very noise at startup, it is better once the ice bin is full, however when it refills the ice you can hear the noise in the next room. Delivery and installation was prompt and as promised.

Our old refrigerator gave us the ghost last year and we needed a new one that fit very specific guidelines and this was the perfect one! It fits perfectly into the place we needed and holds all of our groceries (and more!). We had best buy deliver and install and the process was great (except for refusing to take away the old one, but they helped us get it to the side of the road and a neighbor came and took it.) It's easy to clean, and the filter for the water and ice is easy and quick to change and is pretty quiet while making ice. Over all 10/10

Within a matter of days this fridge failed. With temp in freezer at the coldest setting temp never got below 40 degrees. Took weeks for company to admit that the part was unavailable. Finally after 4 weeks of no usable fridge it got replaced. Best Buy not at fault here they tried acting as a liaison but manufacturer fell short in the service department. 2 months after it was replaced I received a replacement part in the mail.

Just wish there was a place for the butter dish and an egg holder! The ice and water dispensers are really hard to push! Glad the ice is easy to access inside the door! Great price for this very roomy fridge. We had a problem with the first fridge delivered! The icemaker didn't work. The delivery guys were awesome, though. Prompt, courteous and professional. The 2nd delivery guys not so much!! Very late and didn't call to notify us at all! But, the fridge worked!!

I got the whirlpool off of the recommendation of a repair guy I know and I'm not disappointed. I love the amount of room I have and the fact it is clear and I can see all of the food I have. Water and ice dispenser is great as well!
