Perfectly designed except the ice and water to dispense is rough once you use it and noisy a little but an overall is good

Would rather have my old refrigerator back. Almost $2,000 and we are taping and propping some vent piece that goes to the in door ice maker. Nothing holds. The ice maker does not make enough ice for even my husband & myself. We have to buy ice if anyone comes over. It has a "Fast Ice" option which only lasts 24 hours, even this is not sufficient. Reading the materials given it says if that is not enough turn it colder. That froze glass bottles of lemonade in the refrigerator side; which by the way cools unevenly. Even after turning the freezer back to the recommended temp, if items are left in certain areas of refrigerator side they freeze. When I tried calling support on abbreviated manual that came with it, it was an automated system all in Spanish. I thought that must be a temporary error; so I tried different days & times; I even googled the contact number and got the same information. I went to the Website to see if that would help - after a long, tedious process & having to register & become a member I found no help at all. Also, we had to pay $29.99 for a water line kit but were told it would be refunded if not needed & they could use the current one. They used the current one, took the kit back unopened but never refunded us. Last blow on this is I am a Best Buy Rewards Member, all sales ads seem to come to regular mail just fine. I get bombarded with "Deal of the Day" and multiple others. I purchased this $1,994 appliance & a $1,518 computer set up a bit before; each earned a $15 reward that somehow went to spam. As part of the new year clean up of old mails I found them expired. Nice! NOT! I REALLY want my old refrigerator back. Plenty of ice, plenty of room. We were charged $24.99 for haul away. It worked fine. I don't know why we didn't have it put it the garage or basement. This may be my fault; I did have a headache and the installers were here forever. They took my house doors off, then took off the doors of the refrigerator. They had my son help. I have never seen such a thing....I don't know how I let it go. If not to us for a spare to charity, something. But it is a far superior model to this one. I would trade.

Best Buy price was outstanding. Only thing lacking for me was a covered butter area, otherwise this refrigerator has everything you could want.

This refrigerator is much bigger than the last so I am able to fit more food in. Refrigerator and freezer stay super cold. Great for keeping food in the chill/cold environment. Overall I love this refrigerator.

I had a frig./ freezer combo with the freezer on the bottom and even though it was 31.1 cu. ft., this refrig./ freezer combos appears to ba a lot more roomy. Also, the prior model, NOT WHIRLPOOL, had a defective ice maker.

Two freezer door shelves broke the 1st week and we cant find replacements. Fridge freezes thing put in back, even at warmest setting. Ice maker and water dispenser is ok. Love how big it is, just wish it worked better.

Product came damaged, not sure if from best buy or the manufacturer. The seals to keep the fridge were damaged. All in all, love the fridge as we're waiting for the new one to be here. I read a lot of comment saying it was loud, the only time I would say it was "loud" was when the ice would form, otherwise I wouldn't complaint about the loudness. Love the exterior look, inside is spacious, other than recieving a damaged fridge it's been great.

Great fridge with lots of space, keeps things ice cold.

We had a Whirlpool gold before and was happy. I expect the same with this new fridge but cleaner running. Love the ice maker.
