Excellent purchase and transaction. Refrigerator is fantastic and the purchase process was handled very efficiently and timely. We had searched over 10 stores on a Wednesday for a replacement refrigerator and no one had one. Finally had about give up and decided to stop at Best Buy on the way home. They did not have any in stock but had one in transit, due to arrive on Friday. Purchased the unit and it was installed on the following Monday by a exceptional, friendly and professional crew. Best purchase experience and product in a long time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Best Buy.

This is a great fridge. I haven’t had it very long but so far we love it. Lots of room and love the water and ice display lights.

I like the fridge because of its features,the indoor icemaker,the gallon shelves in the door to hold milk and juice,it has tons of space.

I have had no problems with this fridge. I do hear it making noises sometimes but I am pretty sure that is every fridge. Goes will with all of my other Whirlpool appliances.

SO far I really like this fridge! Tons of room and mostly very quiet. Sometimes its a little loud when the ice maker is filling back up with water but you get used to that sound eventually

Love the side by side, ice maker in the door of the freezer, gives me more shelf space and I love the texture of the stainless steel, minimal fingerprints. Thank you, L Cain

Seems like a good fridge. Lots of space and good features. My only complaint is the control panel on front is a little bit touchy.

Like how this looks in the kitchen and appreciate the large capacity and the water features on the freezer door.

4.5 stars. Had the fridge for 3 weeks now. Love it. Kids love the magnet SS front. We love the 28cuft. This fridge matched the appliances already in the house. Nice handy features without being gimmicky (fridge with built in iPad/TV). Only gripe is like the other reviewers, ice maker/dispenser is loud, but nothing crazy. You notice it at night. Delivery went without a hitch. Bought it during a holiday 30% off sale.

Very happy with this purchase. I love how much you can get in the door. It will hold 4 one gallon jugs. Things are easy to see. The shelves are adjustable, and we are very pleased. We had purchased a different. Refrigerator that did not meet our needs. Best buy picked it up and delivered the one that we now have and it works really well for our needs. I am pleased we did business with Best buy.

Good quality refrigerator . Though makes weird noises at times and ice dispenser breaks ice.

I am pleased with my purchase of the Whirlpool side by side refrigerator. Not only is it attractive, but it has plenty of room. I was amazed how easy it is to move.

Fridge works very well but didn’t realize the depth. We have so much food that gets lost in the back parts of the freezer since it is not wide enough. The design size works for the space but the practicality and efficiency is rough since we have to take out everything just to see the back parts of the shelves to pulls things out. I do love the refrigerator side!!

Very Quiet, love the ice cube shape and makes the cubes fast. Wish it had a brighter more modern led's inside, but still good. Very roomy with a small exterior.

Works like a charm. Like the large storage capacity.

This refrigerator is well worth the price. I love the option of crushed ice & water in the door. The freezer is quite roomy & my refrigerator has not run out of room yet!
