I'm really pleased with my Whirlpool 28.4 Cu. Ft. purchase. The transaction was Smooth and the Installation went Very Well. It's quite. It's what I'd expect from a New Refrigerator. Everything working as it should. I've had it for about month now. I recommend it. Hope your experience goes as well as mine did.

Works great However I am so surprised it doesn’t come with a butter shelf in the door! I tried to buy it from Whirlpool it was impossible to get through and then I called other appliance sites and both said they it’s just a poor design I am disappointed

I love the exterior, the lighting and roominess of this refrigerator.

This refrigerator is replacing an LG and I’m already much happier with my Whirlpool. I like the ice maker is built into the door rather then the top shelf of freezer. I replaced a bottom freezer with a side by side. This configuration works better for me.

Went through 4 different refrigerators before we got one without any problems. The first one was dented, the second one did not get cold at all, the third one was leaking water under the refrigerator. Fingers crossed I have no issues with the fourth one.

Spacious, nice looking refrigerator. Work well so far and decent price.

We are liking this fridge so far, but despite the fact it is notionally larger than our deceased, 23-y.o. version, it is not big enough to hold everything we had in out old one. ??? does an adequate job on water and ice so far, but the latter got off to a slow start.

Best refrigerator for the price. Large capacity and excellent layout. This is my second one of the same model at a different address. We liked it enough to buy the sME ONE AGAIN.

Overall the refrigerator is a good investment. The only thing I am not happy with is when it dispenses water and you select the amount in ounces, it does not measure right. Seems as you increase the ounces, it dispenses less water. I hope there is a solution to this.

Very roomy and easy to access. Runs quietly and produces excellent ice.

I love my new Whirlpool refrigerator. I would of liked the top shelf to be about 1 inch taller so that the items we kept in our GE refrigerator would fit in the same space in the Whirlpool

My favorite thing about this refrigerator is the icemaker. The storage bin is easy to pull out to put ice in an ice chest. There is always enough ice and the cubes are square and slow melting.

The selection for each function of this refrigerator is intuitive and easy to use. Temperature of both sides are perfect to maintain the quality of our cold and frozen foods.

Hey Best Buy! I bought an $1800 refrigerator from you that was delivered 2/3/19. Just after the year mark, it stopped cooling. Glad I bought the three year Geek Squad Protection Plan, I called and you sent someone out (eventually). He came without the obvious parts and had to order them and come back two weeks later. I lost a fridge and freezer full of food, but was thrilled when it was fixed. Except it wasn’t. My fridge is twenty degrees warmer than it should be. I called again, and was told you aren’t sending service techs out because of the virus. You can’t connect me to a supervisor. And even though the contract says it will be replaced if you can’t repair, and you aren’t repairing, your cs rep isn’t authorized to order the replacement. So you’re asking me to lose all of my food again, shop every day in empty grocery stores for maximum social exposure, and bring it home to my kids. This is not the first time I’ve been unimpressed with your customer service. Your Geek Squad held my laptop hostage for weeks without fixing it, wouldn’t send it back even though I called daily. And when I finally got it back, a local store had no problem fixing it. What will you do to make this right?

I was sooo excited to buy this. It's only my second refrigerator I have ever bought. But, this fridge is way to loud and noisy. I have it in a large kitchen and you can hear it all over the house. I would consider some other brand.

We purchased this mostly for capacity which is great and I do like the in door ice maker. For me the control panel is too complicated, the instructions don't help much and I still haven't figured out how to turn the light in the ice/water dispenser nook off. I didn't realize it until several months after installation that they forced it into the space and I can't roll it out. The case goes almost to the floor (will look for this in the future, the old one was about an inch up and cleared the molding) and they jammed it against the 1/4 round, I will need help to get it moved out and may have to remove/change the molding. I would recommend it with caution to check the exterior dimensions at the floor level.
