Can any company make a refrigerator that actually works? My Samsung was a complete piece of junk so i bought this one. It looks like this Whirlpool is a piece of junk as well. At least Whirlpool's rude customer service agreed to make a repair/service call this coming Tuesday.

Great fridge with convenient technology and plenty of space.

I recently purchased Whirlpool - 28.4 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator and am very satisfied with my purchase. I did a lot of research on various refrigerators before making my final decision. This refrigerator is very solid, looks stylish and has plenty of space. The ice maker works great and I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

BIG, well lit inside. Cools down rapidly and holds temp very well in both sections. We use a remote temp sensor with alarm to monitor if we have a power out or the door is ajar a bit on refer or freezer. Looks and performs like a winner!

I received this fridge during Quarantine moved into our brand new home and got it delivered to our suprise it was only delivered to the garage.... took a few more to hire someone to take my front door off and set the fridge on the kitchen and hook it all up. Wish Best Buy would have given more notice I would not have made the purchase . Also it is not ALL Black the sides are black and the front is like a pewter color so be sure you know that when you make the purchase. It says Black Stainless Steel

This is an open design where the light is in the back so you see everything on the shelves. The quality is good. You have adjustable shelves I love it.

The refrigerator is really nice to look at! So far, everything seems to be working.

I had a space problem and this refrigerator fit the bill. It's nice and roomy and I like that the ice cubes are shaped to fit in purchased drink cups. I like the stainless steel handles. You can program the amount of water needed to fill a specific drink cup or just fill until you need to stop.

Fridge is ok. The black stainless steel scratches easy. The plastic feels cheap.

Love the refrigerator. It s a great size. Many shelves. Love the water and the ice through the door. Love the fact that icemaker is in door and not on shelf

Runs smoothly and quietly. It has lots of room and keeps.all compartments cold. Ice maker and water dispenser work great. I am very pleased with this refrigerator.

Largest capacity side by side I could find. Can actually fit a large pizza box on a shelf. Still have to calibrate water measurement feature in door , but what a fun feature. And it looks great.

I did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews and looked around... wanted a large refrigerator.. this is one of the biggest ones made has ice and water in the door had everything I wanted best buy guys came and set it up works like a champ I love it I love it I love it !

It's too early to review but it seems fine. I do miss the flap my old one had which allowed getting frequently accessed items without opening refrigerator

I purchased the 5-year extended warranty on this refrigerator at time of delivery and to date haven’t received a hard copy receipt or brochure or anything as proof of purchase or information on what is covered. I’m 74 years old and hard copy receipts and information are a must for this senior!

This is nicely set up, lots of lighting and very quit.

So far not so good. Found a leak the first day of use. Compressor is very loud. Ice in the door is nice but sounds like a wood chipper. Best buy has been great to work with though. They are handling everything for me

Fridge cools and freezes nice. Shelf’s and storage seem cheaply made. Doors seem to slam shut when closed. Water dispenser is somewhat slow. Digital interface is easy to operate.
