We use this in our office and it is exactly as expected. The installation guys who brought it didn't remove the skids, nor did they do anything else. I would recommend just getting it yourself. They were pretty worthless.

Large capacity. Great looking black stainless steel. It could be a bit quieter. It could use a few more pull out bins instead of shelves.

Good quality of refrigerator that help saving more money on your daily power usage

Bought this fridge to replace my last Whirlpool I had for the last 16 years (was still going!). The workmanship and quality are cheaper than the old one, however I gave the 5 stars due to the $1100 price and large size, compared to much more expensive and smaller fridges. If it last me 10 years, I'll be happy!!

just over 2 years and already having problems. ice maker stopped working, problems with the temp etc

I dunno about the product yet as it was just delivered. The service guys were great though. They called ahead, were on time, and efficiently installed our refrigerator. The 2 guys were young but very professional and knew what they were doing.

So far very happy with our purchase. The service, delivery and installation were excellent too.

This refrigerator is basically like the previous one, but the new one is a very nice upgrade. I almost for got the luxury of having an ice machine, where the previous one stopped working. I just can't stop looking at it every time I walk by it. It's a Good Buy/Best Buy.

Love the auto water dispense feature and with children the door left open alarm is nice to have. Only negative is the plastic used to wrap it is a little difficult to remove and the rubber seal around the fridge side not centered but does not effect seal( function) to fridge.

I have no complaints with this refrigerator or Best Buy who sold it to me. They were very professional and knowledgeable

The refrigerator is very loud. The water and ice dispenser is cumbersome to use. The ice storage is small

Refrigerator and freeze work great. The ice machine is a little so making ice.

SUPER disappointed. Our old refrigerator still works, but the flap on the ice maker is broken causing outside air to mix with the freezer. It's about 12 years old. So one would expect that when you are buying a new appliance that the energy rating would be equal or better, ummmm...NOPE, this one is WORSE than our old one! That's a fail! The overall shelving and drawers are CHEAPER than our old one too, how disappointing considering how much we spent on this thing! Plastic drawers in the freezer? That's dumb, they should have kept the slide out wire baskets, these drawers take up too much valuable freezer real-estate and don't provide a lot of space! There is extremely LIMITED shelf adjustment. My old refrigerator had a LOT more adjustment and we could place the shelves the distance that would work for how we used our refrigerator space. Not this one. You either have it a useful height or only 2 inches, yep one placement would give you a 2 inch height, but to move it is a huge space, there's nothing in between that. There's no butter space, no egg space... the deli drawer is in a terrible spot. The entire design of this should be an embarrassment to the person who came up with it! Guess that's what happens when you buy an appliance in the middle of a pandemic! If this is the direction that Whirlpool is going, then I guess I'll be going in a different direction for my next purchase!

Overall, it's a good refrigerator. The left door is slightly higher than the right door. Also I had to tighten the door handle a couple of times. Besides that, everything has been fine.

We bought a Maytag less than 2 years ago with french doors and freezer on the bottom. IT WAS AWFUL. No room, ice maker didn't work so we bought this Whirpool side by side and we are in love. Much more room and the ice maker works-BONUS!

Excellent refrigerator made by Whirlpool so you know you have a reliable product. Have purchased many WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS IN THE PAST AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THIS REFRIGERATOR IS SET UP NICELY INSIDE WITH AMPLE ROOM FOR ALL YOUR ITEMS.

Great so far. Delivery went great no issues and was on time. Very helpful staff. Took all packaging with them.
