Love it! It is perfect for the space we bought it for

Our old refrigerator broke down and it was nice to get a new refrigerator that was smaller on the outside, yet had more storage capacity on the inside.

We had a Samsung and had all sorts of problems. Love this refrigerator. The icemaker is in the door so there’s more freezer room. refrigerator door Has lots of room, too.

The storage capacity is great. Besides ice maker being small, it chills everything great.

I love this fridge. The only issue i have, must be very careful with cleaning. Anything little more abrasive can scratch it.

We just purchased the Whirlpool last month but the refrigerator is excellent and we are happy with the buy.

Very nice, simple, easy to use fridge. Lots of great features without being really complicated. I love that I can automate how many ounces of water are dispensed. Looks very sharp in the dark steel. Definitely would recommend.

I've owned this fridge for 1 month. So far this is a great purchase. Keeps the food at a perfect temperature and large enough for a big family. Love the water and ice function as well. It even has a lock to keep the kids out of the icecubes

Love this refrigerator. It has a sleek design and plenty of room On the shelves. The ice maker and water works perfectly. I also like having the extra drawer inside the refrigerator for deli and cheeses.

We had this refrigerator for 2 years and the refrigerator door came unbolted and crashed onto the floor with everything inside door broken across the kitchen. Door is heavy and dangerous and could have injured someone. Thinking it may have been defective, purchased a 2nd same appliance and freezer door made noise and compressor sounded like a car running so immediately had refrigerator removed and purchased a different brand. All of my other appliances are Whirlpool and we haven't had any issues with them but I would never buy another Whirlpool refrigerator.

Happy with my new whirlpool side by side refrigerator. The no show stainless is a great feature for anyone wanting stainless. Ice maker is a little loud but not a deal breaker.

I can't review the refrigerator, since after several months of cancellations and rescheduling on the part of Best Buy, I finally canceled, and bought a refrigerator elsewhere. I suspect, once I studied all the details of the order, that it wouldn't have actually fit my space, like the Whirlpool Microwave didn't. Both of those orders were placed with the help of the Best Buy salesman, who was nice but ignorant about how to suggest an appliance that would fit the space I had carefully measured out. I am not allowed to review the purchasing or installation experience here, but if I were, I would give it 0 stars. I will never use Best Buy for appliances again, and will recommend against it to anyone who asks me.

so far so good, top shelf will freeze a salad. I don't miss the Samsung flex that died after 4 years

Good overall refrigerator... sometimes water filter says it needs to be changed when it doesn't actually need to be changed.

Refrigerator meets all my expectations except door on right hand side makes a rubbing sound when the door is opened or shut. Repair person unable to stop the rubbing sound.

Has a defect on the refrigerator door on the inside of the door, otherwise we love the refrigerator

I’m only giving this one star because the delivery was cancelled 6 times before it finally arrived 6 months later. Very disappointed with customer service. Was hoping for some type of discount for the inconvenience. We have purchased many major appliances from Best Buy but this was a very bad experience.
