It looks big but there’s not enough space on the inside. The drawers on the door break easily. Not worth the money at all. Our fridge has been down since last month. It took Geek Squad almost 3 weeks to have someone come out & take a look at it. Their excuse is that it’s Whirlpool’s fault and Whirlpool products always have many issues. The technician came out & supposedly fixed what was wrong but we noticed our fridge still isn’t getting cold. So now we’re waiting for another person to come out NEXT WEEK. I don’t understand why we’re paying for Geek Squad protection?

Nice refrigerator does make a bit of noise all the time. Doesn’t show the current temp only desired temp shows up

In the first few months after we purchased this fridge, we were in love. The look of the fridge, the extra space, the water bottle filling feature - they were great! But our fridge always seemed to run too cold. In fact, a can of soda exploded in the first few weeks. Items on the top shelf were continually freezing. So we had a repairman come out. He was at our house no less than 4 times - it may have been more. All of the major parts of the fridge were replaced. Under warranty, of course, because the fridge was not even a year old. But the fridge continued to freeze the items on the top shelf. On the repairman's last visit to our house, his recommendation was that we turn the temperature up. And continue to turn the temperature up until it stopped freezing. "The recommended temps are just suggestions." Really? This doesn't sound like an appropriate solution to me. It sounds like this fridge does a lousy job of keeping the correct temperature. At this point, we had zero help from the repair company or Best Buy. Shortly thereafter, when our fridge was about a year old, our ice maker stopped working. The motor does not seem to work and all of the ice in the bin freezes together. After our experiences with previous repairs (I'm pretty sure the repairman googled "icicles in fridge"), I have given up on repairing this fridge. We now have a beautiful and roomy fridge, but utilize plastic ice trays instead of an ice maker. And consistently have frozen drinks on the top shelf, even after turning the temperature up (within reason). You hope that when purchasing big appliances for $1,500+, you'll be able to keep them for years. This fridge was a complete disappointment. Don't be fooled by her beauty - stay away from this refrigerator!!

I love the refrigerator its very simple and very nice looking in my kitchen.

Good fridge- lots of options on the door panel for regular or crushed ice, lights, water temp, pre-set water amounts. Temperature on the inside is nice and stable.

It has worked great but the icemaker stopped working after a year. Good thing I bought the warranty.

Whirlpool side-by-side fridge. This is a nice-looking fridge but it does NOT perform as good as my old Kenmoor. It has limited space, and can't put too many things in the fridge to keep cool

Great value and works well. I wish the water dispenser button was easier to hit with a cup... but that's the only negative I can think of. Great fridge.

We’ve had this for over a year now and the finish still looks as good as day one. The large capacity is great especially around the holidays! The ice maker is a little loud but overall a great fridge.

Nice fridge. Runs quietly except when making ice. Front stainless steel but sides are gray metal not stainless. Large capacity.

Bought this refrigerator in march and by May was already having problems with the door. Door handle keeps falling off. Have had sercoce folks come to fix it twice now. The last was this past Tuesday (today is Thursday) and the handle is slready out again. Their customer service is terrible! Called to ask about a more permanent solution and was told that this issue doesnt concern the functionality of the fridge so would have to live with it as is. Would give -1 rating if i could!

We purchased this new Whirlpool frig. It has awesome lighting, a large ice and water dispenser and is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and BestBuy's installation crew did a great job.

So far I love this fridge. There is lots of room. I read before I purchased that it makes a lot of noise. I don't think so. It makes noise but nothing to bad like the reviews make it seem.

We like our new refrigerator. The only thing that I don’t like is water and ice dispensers are stiff to operate.
