Features and size are excellent for price. Issue is relatively slow ice production. Separately, installation crew was very unprofessional!

this refridgerator has met all the expectations I was needing. very large inside

This replaced an only 5 year old Samsung french door Refrigerator which was such a disappointment. I went back to the basic side by side. This Refrigerator is big and clean looking and the price was very good. Hopefully this will last a lot longer than the Samsung. Plenty of room. Ice Maker is really good and leave plenty of room in the freezer due to being in the door. THe water and ice dispenser is excellent. As a bonus, I feel proud to buy American.

Not sure how it works yet, been 2 weeks and haven’t got to use it yet. Freezer door is warped and does not seal when you close it. Had to order another fridge, was supposed to get a new one delivered the other day, but the delivery guy called in sick, now I have to wait another week and a half again before they can come deliver? Not impressed with customer Service. Hopefully I will like the product when I get to use it.

Purchases this because I love the Measured Fill option for Cooking. We had an older model from Whirlpool that has Measured Fill and loved it. There were two things we loved that this one does not have. 1st is the multiple measurments. This newer model only has 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 cup measurements. The old version had 8th also which was very handy. Why revert such a nice feature. 2nd the water line rotated to allow you to fill larger pots. It was great to be able to fit the pot under which you can't do with this newer model. I don't understand why features like these would be removed when they were so nice and worked extremely well. Finally, the freezer door was not aligned and rubbed. Geek Squad came out and easily fixed this but would have been nice if the original installers would have fixed it when we pointed it out.

The first refrigerator had a slight problem. The second one worked like a charm.

After being disappointed for not getting my appliance on time, I am very pleased with this selection.

waiting on a getting the doors adjusted to get the doors and handles aligned. Love the smaller shaped ice cubes versus the moon shaped.

I love my new refrigerator so much!!! Now...if only my teenager would stop locking the water because I'm old and can never remember how to unlock it...

Unimpressed with this refrigerator had to have it adjusted to make it level and the door aligned now i cannot move it without some lunricant like say windex unlike the GE unit it replaced

This fridge is very efficient.it is simple to use,. i like it .

I use to be brand loyal to Whirlpool and their sister companies. Not any more. Fridge works ok when it works. First one had broken ice maker. Best Buy exchanged it right away. Second one the ice maker broke after about 9 months. It was still under factory warranty. Called Whirlpool and they sent a tech out said wiring harness running through the door was broken so he tried to fix it. That didn't work so he ordered a new door, said it would take about 8 weeks to get a door. 12 weeks later still no door. Got the runaround from both Whirlpool and the tech for the next couple of weeks but still nothing. They both just blamed each other and Covid for not being able to get a replacement door for almost 4 months. By this time the Best Buy Extended Warranty kicked in. Best Buy ordered a door and got it installed in less than 2 weeks. So I will now buy all my appliances from Best Buy, they just won't be Whirlpool appliances. After all this Whirlpool did send me junk mail to buy their factory direct extended warranty..Lol!! No thanks.

service ex guys removed front door to get ref in and replaced it install new ref, cleaned it up, made sure it was working before leaving so far is working great

This refrigerator is great as I lost the old one as stop working this one is the best one it keeps everything at the right temp.

Especially like the finger proof stainless. The door shelves could be a little more convenient. Overall, a great side by side fridge.

beautiful whirpool side by side, the best feature is the non smudge stainless steel. this is a big fridge for sure

The only thing I find that I do not like about this refrigerator side is narrow. But our space would not allow for a larger side by side
