I've had this refrigerator for about 2 months now and I love it. If I had to say anything negative about it, it would be the ice maker is a little loud when dispensing it from the door.

We bought a house and our fridge broke after 2 months. We went everywhere to find a fridge. Best buy price matched a clearance item from menards and had free delivery.

I like my new whirlpool refrigerator. The way the water and ice dispenser is designed, allows us to have more space available to storage more food.

We are pleased with our Whirlpool refrigerator but wished it made bigger ice cubes. Our experience with Best Buy was really good.

I really love my new refrigerator. The Geek Squad delivered it timely and efficiently. They contacted me prior to delivery which was really great.

The refrigerator has provided us with about 6 months of service with no issues. The refrigerator seems to be built very well and should last many years.

Works excellent, no complaints, should have gotten one sooner

I purchased this refrigerator prior to the changes that covid brought about. The first delive attempt - we received a call 10 minutes before they arrived. We were told that due to covid, they could not come in to retrieve the malfunctioning refrigerator (now over 6 weeks), nor could they perform the installation (although I paid for it). They would not even allow me to use their dolly. When I went to retrieve my phone to call Best Buy, they left. The second attempt - I was told that since this was an exchange (which it wasn't), they could not leave the new refrigerator without taking the old. I asked if they could remove the doors from the refrigerator so that it would fit through my entry door, they would not (even though I paid for this already). I was forced to purchase a dolly so that I could do everything myself. MY WIFE AND I SAID NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Really liking this side by side Samsung refrig. So much room in the freezer side also. Factory setting was set to low in refrig. Soda cans blew up! Adjusted setting and all is good.

Great fridge for price. We got an open box because there was some damage from a delivery. Didn't bother us because that side we don't see.

We love the fridge but the service was lacking. Delivery was poor. They didn't level it and also marred part of a wall..

I've had this refrigerator for around 6 months now and waited to write a review so I could see how it handled for a few months. This is a pretty lengthy and extensive review but I would want someone to have the same confidence with their purchase as I did, and know what it's like owning this refrigerator. The only negative, which I don't even feel is that big of an issue, is you can hear the ice maker dropping ice. For those who felt it to be a bigger concern than what it actually is, having the ice maker in the door frees up so much extra space in the freezer, which for me was a huge selling point. It took me a day or 2 to adjust to the ice cube size, which is actually cube sized, and smaller than ice from other refrigerators I've owned with automatic ice makers. The option to tilt out the ice bucket without removing it entirely is one of my favorite features too. Unless I'm whipping up a smoothie or frozen drink, in which case this refrigerator is a champ at dispensing crushed ice, for most beverages I prefer ice cubes. My husband however prefers crushed ice and we all know an ice maker doesn't instantaneously produce whole ice cubes after someone has dispensed crush ice. With this refrigerator there is never an issue because I can easily open the door, open up the ice bucket, leave it on the crushed ice setting for the hubby, and not have to dump out crushed ice in my glass before whole ice cubes come out again. Minor convenience but I love icy beverages and am particular about the ice consistency. The tilt out ice maker also makes it efficient and easy to remove the ice bucket for quickly filling a cooler. It also has produced ice so much quicker than my old Samsung. I was worried with people complaining the ice maker was slow that it might turn into an issue since I use a lot of ice, but the bucket has always been at least 80% full at all times, even during days we've consumed at least 10 beverages each. As for other features, the water dispenser is excellent. It is very easy to fill taller bottles by removing the tray. The display panel is sleak and very user friendly. I enjoy the auto fill option more than I anticipated, and it has been very useful to monitor water consumption throughout the day as well as being very convenient when cooking. I find it is also a great feature for us pet parents to monitor our furry friends water consumption too so it's easier to know if they're consuming not enough water or too much as both can indicate health problems. Inside, both the freezer and fridge have ample storage space. I love how all the drawers are flat bottomed so it's easier to fit more food in there and still keep everything organized. I love that it has a water filter and air filter. No more fussing or taking up valuable space with a box of baking soda, or in my many klutzy instances, tipping it over and spilling it all over the shelf. Air filter is great at eliminating odors which I am thankful for immensely, because even though I hate wasting food, something is almost always invariably forgotten and transforms into a disgusting science experiment. The air filter keeps odors at bay and doesn't leave any lingering odors especially when produce like strawberries like to mold after 3 days. Fingerprint stainless steel is a game changer. The exterior of the fridge always looks polished and clean even after being touched by grimy hands throughout the day. It is easy enough to wipe down with stainless steel appliance spray or the stainless steel wipes. Because of this refrigerator I will never buy any other kitchen appliance that isn't fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Auto defrost is another great feature that was a selling point for me. Freezer stays frost free with no maintenance. I know this review is pretty long and extensive but I hope it is helpful as refrigerators are such an expensive investment and the unsung workhorse of the kitchen. You can easily last a few days to weeks if any other kitchen appliance goes, but if you have a one refrigerator household it is rough when this appliance breaks down. Believe me, I had a Samsung stop working on me 3 times and if I can prevent someone the headache and hassle of throwing out an entire refrigerator and freezers worth of food, I am more than happy to do that. This has been a very reliable fridge. Best Buy delivery is also exceptional. They really do go above and beyond. I live in a condo on the third floor and they were accommodating, patient, and super careful and considerate. They didn't jostle or bump my fridge once despite having to carry it up 4 flights of stairs. After they unwrapped it and discovered a small dent in the door they offered to replace the door free of charge or give me a discount. They had a replacement door in less than a week and installed it in less than 5 minutes. Six months later I still am beyond satisfied with my purchase. If anyone has any questions I'd be more than happy to answer them. $1500 is a considerable amount of money and I know reviews from people who have purchased an appliance have been very helpful in guiding me in making a well informed decision.
