    I had purchased this refrigerator in Stainless black. Leaked immediately and ruined my hardwood floor. This was not an installation issue but a defect within the refrigerator. Whirlpool created a case but will no longer respond to me. Then Best Buy replaced it with the black model since the black stainless was no longer available. Got it delivered today and again it is damaged. One of the door bins is cracked.

    Went out in less than 2 years. It stopped cooling. Smelled like a strong Chemical. Whirlpool isn't good anymore! There is a Whirlpool page on Facebook where people talk about all their problems with them. I wish I would've know their products has went downhill ! Literally, this particular fridge cost me $1,600 plus I paid several repair people hundreds to repair it...still not working. I just decided to take the L and gave it away for parts

    We are very pleased with this refrigerator. No issues for months now and even though the cubic foot rating is similar to our last LG fridge, this unit is better designed and very useful. Holds a lot of food.

    I like this fridge ok, but there is limited space for talker items. With a family four it doesn’t take long to fill it up. Also, a wine bottle will not fit standing up.

    this does not look like an 1800 dollar fridge on the inside.. very basic, its like opening into early 2000s technology
