I ordered this refrigerator and really like the black stainless steel look. This refrigerator is roomier than our older traditional one. I particularly like the shelving and drawers in the freezer. Glad we updated and glad to buy American made products.

We bought our Whirlpool refrigerator at the Best Buy center for slightly damaged appliances. What is was missing were the handles which was a simple fix since it was going to be in our garage. What I liked was the size of the freezer which could accommodate a cake holder. I measured many styles and the width of this freezer was several inches wider than some! Along with how pleased I have been with this purchase was the extremely helpful salesman who showed us the different models.

Very nice refrigerator, has lots of storage for food items and the ice maker is in the door, allowing more space for frozen items on the shelves!

Size and color are great. The quality of build seems to be lacking. Freezer door offset from frame. Unable to adjust in the field. Ice maker extremely slow and leaking. They can do better with this one. Bad day on the assembly line?

I like the new refrigerator but the motor is VERY noisy. Is this the way it is suppose to run?

We've owned this refrigerator since Nov. 2021. Worked fine until about 9 months ago. The icemaker stopped working. I tried several things that didn't work and finally just ordered another refrigerator. I had to remove the doors to get the unit out of the kitchen and when I did, I found the wires completely cut in the hinge area. I will try to fix the wires and use this unit in the basement area of our home. Too bad we liked the space this unit offered but bad design for the wiring.

The fridge has lots of room and seems twice as big as our last one, even though it is the same size. I won't buy LP anymore as it broke after 3 years. Whirlpool should last a lot longer.

We love our new side by side. It is easy to organize and Kiera it neat. I didn’t Think I would like the black, but it really looks nice. And you can’t see fingerprints!!

I just love this refrigerator! It's perfect and so spacious. We love the ice cubes and all of the features! The fingerprints not showing on the surface is also a great feature! This is the perfect refrigerator for any family and we could not be happier with our choice!

We have only owned this about 8 weeks, but so far we like it a lot. Large capacity is a plus for a family of 14. The ice/water works even if someone has the fridge door open (last one did not) The cooks in the house like the measured water option on the door, Quiet operation. The noises are different than the last fridge, but other than getting used to different sounds this fridge is not any louder than previous ones. We would definitely buy this one again, of coarse we bought the 5 yr warranty so we feel good about it outlasting the last one...

Only thing is the ice dispenser is loud and the water can measure how much is being dispensed but it’s not accurate when measured with a measuring cup.

Very happy so far with this spacious refrig and freezer. Our first one had the electronic panal.go out within first 2 weeks but best buy was great to work with and we had replacement within a week

We had this refrigerator installed about 1 month ago. We absolutely love it. Way more room than I expected from a side-by-side unit.

I love my refrigerator sleek, spacious & easy to clean the stainless steel. Great for my husband and I.

First off, it’s a giant fridge that takes everything we can pack into it. We went from a normal sized fridge and a separate freezer to just this one so it’s saving us space and electricity. It looks great and generally runs well EXCEPT for the issue about the ice maker which many people have complained about. It’s failed to work about once a month and all I do to fix it is to remove all the ice, rinse off and replace. The ice motor seems not strong enough to break the ice if it gets left there for long (and clumps together).

Received this fridge four days ago. The size is great. I love the black stainless, the doors open and close smoothly, and the lighting is sufficient as long as its not blocked. It is really deep, but so far i can still see everything. But at the factory preset 36 degrees, food is freezing in the back of my fridge. I will raise the temperature but it is clear the fridge is not keeping all areas cool at the same temp. I expected this to work well and now i'm not sure it will be good in the long run.

I got this 8 months ago and it has been working great. I was worried about the loud noise that I had read about in many of the reviews, but it is not an issue. I found that it's just the normal sounds when ice is made and falls into the bin. The only complaint is the drawers are not durable. The handle portion of one of freezer drawers easily cracked and broke off from the front. The replacement drawer was expensive! Delivery was great. They installed it correctly, made sure it was level, and advised on how to discard the first couple of gallons of ice and water.

We used to have the freezer drawer fridge and we ended up throwing everything in with no organization. It is so nice to have the side-by-side fridge again, it feels like there is so much more space and you can see everything.

Very good, large fridge. I like the fact that the ice maker/water can dispense while the refrigerator door is open. Replaced a 5-year old Samsung that had an icemaker that was replaced 3 times. Get a Whirlpool.

We love our new refrigerator. Never buy an Amana. Whirlpool is much better. And the men who delivered the refrigerator did such a good job. Very happy with everything.
