So far this refrigerator has worked fine and is doing exactly what we want it to, which is keep things cold, deliver ice and filtered water and not cause any problems. It has all the capacity we need and may not be as hip and stylish as the French Door unit it replaced, but it has less to break and is easier to use. There were some scratches on the interior plastic parts and some insulation had leaked out of seams in the door, which was reported to BB, but was told nothing could be done about them, so instead of sending it back, we decided to live with it.

Refrigerator works great except for the techs did not give me a demonstration of how it works so therefore I have not been able to use ice machine because I can't seem to get it to work. Also water dispenser is not cold. Other than that Refrigerator works great. Wahser is fine as well. Dryer they did not conncect the hose to the back so it caused moisture in my wash room so far other than that working fine. Also when they delivered assuming when they were trying to conncect dyer to the back wall the tech leaned over and dented the top of dryer. So there is a dent!

Great Refrigerator! It has a lot of room and we love it. To turn off the lights, cover the switch in the fridge and freezer.

It's a big, roomy and quiet refrigerator. The only noise aspect to it is the water whether it the ice maker or the water dispenser,although it's not a big deal. The ice cubes are small but again not a big thing.

Plenty of space and replaced a 48 inch refrigerator that was built in. We get the same cubic feet with this refrigerator. However, two of the drawers don’t slide as smoothly as we like and the doors are not even. We plan to request additional service to correct these two items.

Well designed. Like the ice handling and storage in the door.

I love this refrigerater the depth is great I can put more food in the freezer than i could in my side by side only problem is that it sticks out more

I bought this fridge at nearly half price fron the scratch and dent section of my Best buy. It had a large dent on the bottom of the door that only impacted the asthetics. The dent is honestly so far down you dont notice unless you look at the floor. The fridge is large and cold! Works super well! The rapid ice maker makes sure we always have ice on hand! We've had the fridge for 5 months now and have no complaints!

This refrigerator is much bigger than the last so I am able to fit more food in. Refrigerator and freezer stay super cold. Great for keeping food in the chill/cold environment. Overall I love this refrigerator.

I had a frig./ freezer combo with the freezer on the bottom and even though it was 31.1 cu. ft., this refrig./ freezer combos appears to ba a lot more roomy. Also, the prior model, NOT WHIRLPOOL, had a defective ice maker.

Best Buy price was outstanding. Only thing lacking for me was a covered butter area, otherwise this refrigerator has everything you could want.

Perfectly designed except the ice and water to dispense is rough once you use it and noisy a little but an overall is good

Would rather have my old refrigerator back. Almost $2,000 and we are taping and propping some vent piece that goes to the in door ice maker. Nothing holds. The ice maker does not make enough ice for even my husband & myself. We have to buy ice if anyone comes over. It has a "Fast Ice" option which only lasts 24 hours, even this is not sufficient. Reading the materials given it says if that is not enough turn it colder. That froze glass bottles of lemonade in the refrigerator side; which by the way cools unevenly. Even after turning the freezer back to the recommended temp, if items are left in certain areas of refrigerator side they freeze. When I tried calling support on abbreviated manual that came with it, it was an automated system all in Spanish. I thought that must be a temporary error; so I tried different days & times; I even googled the contact number and got the same information. I went to the Website to see if that would help - after a long, tedious process & having to register & become a member I found no help at all. Also, we had to pay $29.99 for a water line kit but were told it would be refunded if not needed & they could use the current one. They used the current one, took the kit back unopened but never refunded us. Last blow on this is I am a Best Buy Rewards Member, all sales ads seem to come to regular mail just fine. I get bombarded with "Deal of the Day" and multiple others. I purchased this $1,994 appliance & a $1,518 computer set up a bit before; each earned a $15 reward that somehow went to spam. As part of the new year clean up of old mails I found them expired. Nice! NOT! I REALLY want my old refrigerator back. Plenty of ice, plenty of room. We were charged $24.99 for haul away. It worked fine. I don't know why we didn't have it put it the garage or basement. This may be my fault; I did have a headache and the installers were here forever. They took my house doors off, then took off the doors of the refrigerator. They had my son help. I have never seen such a thing....I don't know how I let it go. If not to us for a spare to charity, something. But it is a far superior model to this one. I would trade.

I love my new refridgerator! It has a lot of room. It does not however have a "butter" compartment which should be added.

Alot of space. Door mounted Ice maker increases usable freezer space. Some of the touch panel controls are a little challenging to figure out

it is quiet running but sometimes you hear the ice maker fill or dump. Otherwise a perfect unit with lots of space inside

Love the amount of space this fridge and freezer have! Only complaint is when dispensing ice the machine is quite loud.
