This was purchased as an open box item. There were some minor cosmetic scratches, but the price was good. This has good usable space and layout. It was replacing an LG that failed after 3.5 years. This was about half the price even with getting the 5 year warranty and has more space.

We love this fridge! Plenty of space and the black stainless finish is brilliant. At first we were nervous that this might have a huge footprint compared to the much smaller fridge we replaced, but the size is just right and the old works as a drinks fridge in the garage!

Keeps food cold, ice comes out sporadically, Water measure (in ounces) is way off. Nice room inside. Came with a small dent

I've only had the fridge for a few weeks now but so far it has been fantastic. It would be a five star fridge, but I'm going to list one super small inconvenience that I just wish would change, and I know I'm not the only one! Way too many people have the same gripe about this fridge and I just hated having to spend another $50 or whatever to order the butter shelf. WHY DOES THIS NOT COME WITH A BUTTER SHELF!? Ridiculous. Other than that, it's a five star fridge so far. Does not have as good of finish quality as some other brands. I have seen some reviews stating that there was an overflow of glue/adhesive in some areas and that held true for my fridge. Fingerprint resistance is top notch though. Ice maker has been a champ. Currently, I would absolutely buy the fridge again.

Just got it delivered 3 days ago so this is just what I've learned so far....Spacious inside but you are limited on shelf adjusting both freezer and refrigerator sections. Ice maker slow and the water in door is not cold.

Purchased a new fridge from BestBuy. The whole process including the delivery and installation were all excellent. They were on time, professional, quick and cleaned up afterwards. We also love the new fridge. I would definitely buy from BB again and use their services for delivery and installation.

I did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews and looked around... wanted a large refrigerator.. this is one of the biggest ones made has ice and water in the door had everything I wanted best buy guys came and set it up works like a champ I love it I love it I love it !

Plenty of room, nice looking fridge, love the led lighting

So far I've been pleased with my purchase one month ago. The ice machine is small but produces quite well. The shelving is not adjustable but it works for me. There is much more room in the fridge and freezer and the doors on both side than my last fridge had. It was a larger fridge too. The full delivery service was great, the guys did a good job. I noticed the doors were not even so the delivery / set up guy adjusted a piece down on the feet, It leveled up but went back to uneven doors after a week. I will try to adjust it again, A great product for the price. I decided that Whirlpool was an option to choose because they have been making kitchen appliances for years,

Purchase, delivery and installation went smoothly. Enjoying the refrigerator so far and appreciating the spacious side by side. The one negative is it gets loud at times.

I was very apprehensive about buying this fridge because reviews can be so misleading. We were in a bind because choices in the size and color (black) we needed are very limited, so this Whirlpool checked off all those boxes. Delivery was EXCELLENT. Our 2 guys knew what they were doing and it went very smooth. So far, so good. Love the lighting, all the room inside. It’s quiet. One question I had was why the freezer door is higher than the refrigerator door? I read about it in the manual and there is an adjustment, so we will do that. Another small complaint is the symmetry of the drain in the water/ice door. Looks funny to me, and the delivery guy said he noticed it too, but I was the first customer to mention it. I noticed it on the floor model in the store as well so it’s a design issue. Not a deal breaker. I am very happy so far.

So far so good. Roomy freezer, ice and water in door works well, and makes lots of ice, and looks nice in kitchen, so is just what we needed. Salesperson Cody was knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

This unit is just what we needed. It's big and roomy for all the items we need to refrigerate. Hopefully it wil stay with us for many years. It also looks good in our kitchen.

We love this fridge, the only negative has been the temperature control on the refigerator side, we get a bit of frost build up on the back wall. Other than that we love it

Fridge is pretty good with a lot of space. Water filter and ice maker are pretty spot on as well. I’ve gets made a bit slow but not a problem for a small household. The only issue I have is the back of the fridge, the tubes where the water goes through is a bit fragile. They broke and we had water spraying on the floor and wall for a while. I was able to fix it but have to be cautious about the fridge being up against the wall.

I like it a lot so far. Only had it a week. But so far it works for me. I didn’t notice it doesn’t have a temperature control for refrigerator and freezer

I chose a Whirlpool fridge because of two reasons. My wife and I was looking for a Samsung black stainless steel to match our cooking range. After reading reviews and talking with sales associates. we decided not to purchase a Samsung but instead, a Whirlpool. We decided on this particular Whirlpool because of the size and price. We chose Whirlpool because we were replacing a whirlpool we have had for 33 years. You get what you pay for when you buy a Whirlpool. We have absolutely no complaints about our old Whirlpool fridge and certainly not our new one. The fridge and freezer gets cold like nobody business. We love the space as well and the black stainless steel. My daughter is a chef and love the convenience of the H2o dispenser and how it Whirlpool, really the price.
