Only had it Two weeks, but seems to be a great purchase. It is not fingerprint resistant, so I would imaging with small children it would need to be continuously wiped down. Very roomy and cold, both refrigerator and freezer with factory presets. The wires going to the freezer door that have been a problem breaking in earlier models seem to not be a problem, at this point anyway. Installers Michael & Jordon did a fantastic job with delivery and installation, I didn’t need the waterline kit, I was able to use the line from the “old” refrigerator.

I buy this fridge every ten years. Works great for a decade for $2,000. It’s nicer than last model. The color is nice too. I don’t even like the French door fridges. Double door all the way

Received this fridge four days ago. The size is great. I love the black stainless, the doors open and close smoothly, and the lighting is sufficient as long as its not blocked. It is really deep, but so far i can still see everything. But at the factory preset 36 degrees, food is freezing in the back of my fridge. I will raise the temperature but it is clear the fridge is not keeping all areas cool at the same temp. I expected this to work well and now i'm not sure it will be good in the long run.

I have had this fridge for only two weeks; and so far, I have no complaints. Like other posters have mentioned, when the ice maker is filling, you will hear it. The sound isn't exactly annoying, but it is louder than my previous Whirlpool. Other than that, there is ample space in both the fridge and freezer. It's going to take a whole lot of groceries to completely fill this one! Really enjoy the extra space in the freezer with the ice maker in the door. When the refrigerator compressor is cooling, you can barely hear it !!! This is amazingly quiet for such a behemoth appliance. I've had very good luck with Whirlpool refrigerators, and I'm hoping for many, many years of good service with this one also!

Had a real bad time with our previous (another name brand) fridge but lived with it for 10 years. This one has a lot more room inside with the outside dimensions the same as our old clunker. So far temps hold as set AND it makes good ice. Quiet operation and well lit inside.

We purchased this model to replace a 21 year old Maytag, wide by side. I was a little concerned, as it does not have the wider top on the fridge side that my old had. This feels so much roomier, at 28 cubic feet. The ice in the door affords you lots of space on the freezer side. The reason I did not give it five stars is that the ice dispenser is loud, but only when dispensing. I would buy again.

I love this refrigerator. There is a lot of space and the LED light is noticeable. I love it. I think this refrigerator look really nice on the outside with the cute handles. I researched for my refrigerator for a long time and went with this one.

This refrigerator is exactly what i wanted. It looks great, has plenty of space, and the icemaker seems to work great. Looking forward to using it for a long time. Also, the installers were really great and helpful.

I really like the size of this unit where I am able to fit more than my previous fridge. Inside looks modern and sleek. Nice LED LIGHTING and electronic ice dispenser. Only downfall is that the water that comes out is room temp would be nice if it were cold water

Fantastic size and space for what we needed. Features we now, with a baby, couldn’t live without. This refrigerator was the perfect combo of price, size, and features for us and will be with us for a long time.

Purchased an open box refrigerator at a great deal. When it was delivered everything looked good, but we soon realized that the door wasn't fitting properly causing frost and temperature problems. After Geek Squad looked it over and agreed the store called and said they were replacing the damaged unit with a new refrigerator I was shocked. It was delivered and installed and is working great. We love this refrigerator and the customer service from Best Buy. Great merchandise but more important great customer service.

The refrigerator is installed and seems to run quietly compared to all other refrigerators I've owned. Though I have not obtained occupancy of our new home at the beach, I can report that the delivery was well done with no damage apparent to the outward finish and we are looking forward to our big fridge! We were nervous, because we had to leave the refrigerator in the garage in the shipping container while construction proceeded to the point of installation. We just experienced an unsatisfactory purchase when ABT delivered another appliance that had no apparent damage, but when opened (after 30 days) was dented, and no return or exchange was acceptable. Thank you Best Buy for a job well done!

Love the interior space but you pay for it, had to take the front door off to get it in, easier then taking the doors off the Fridge. Another interesting thing about this unit is that it does NOT come with a covered butter compartment even though it has a spot for one that the other door pockets won't fit in. My wife beat the keyboard for a while and found one that works perfectly on Amazon. Whirlpool part number WPW10324760

This refrigerator is amazing! Very spacious, easy access to your items, clear view to see things deep in the fridge where they don't get "lost". Lots of room in the door for large items on top shelf and smaller bottles below. Icemaker is in the door which allows for more room in the main freezer section. Had this for a month and haven't regretted our purchase. We also did our research by reading reviews ahead of time. Always have purchased Whirlpool appliances!

We've owned this refrigerator since Nov. 2021. Worked fine until about 9 months ago. The icemaker stopped working. I tried several things that didn't work and finally just ordered another refrigerator. I had to remove the doors to get the unit out of the kitchen and when I did, I found the wires completely cut in the hinge area. I will try to fix the wires and use this unit in the basement area of our home. Too bad we liked the space this unit offered but bad design for the wiring.

The quality and appearance met my expectations. It has good size for the price.

Deeper than expected, lots of room. Very quiet operation. Really like the smaller, pyramid-type shape of the ice cubes it makes. Like the water select volume & fill feature of the water dispenser. Was rather a chore trying 2 align the handles perfectly during setup. After a couple wks, started getting a squeak from the bottom fridge compartment door hinge, which was slightly disconcerning, but resolved with some spray lubricant. Outside surface cleans easily. Fingerprint resist on the front surface works very well. Ice cube bin easily removed 4 dumping, if needed. So far, very happy with my purchase.

Not sure yet as refrigerator has been at 22 degrees for days. Customer service says to reset breaker, hoping that works as my food is frozen. Lots of space though!

Beautiful, cold refrigerator with just one gripe! The in-door ice basket rubs on the side wall of the fridge every time the freezer door is opened and closed. There is1 to 2mm of play on the basket. I contacted whirlpool and they tell me that its normal.. Doesn't seem right. I'm worried that over time the constant rubbing will damage the inner wall or the basket itself. I have had to Gerry-rig a small plastic shim to hold the ice basket in so it will not rub. Other than that this machine is stunning and spacious
