The door handles are silver stainless steel, they look complete ridiculous with a black stainless steel refrigerator. If the ice maker is not hooked up right away, this refrigerator vibrates every few minutes louder then my garbage disposal. The suggested refrigerator temperature froze all of my grapes, strawberries and blueberries. Wasted money. The size of the fridge is great.

Fridge is great. Lots of shelf space on both sides. Love the ice maker being on the inside of the door, allowing for extra shelf space. It runs quietly as well. Very satisfied so far with this purchase

I love my new Whirlpool refrigerator. Brightly lit and tons of space. Finally got rid of 30 yr old Kenmore, and what a shock to see a spacious beautiful refrigerator in its place. Very happy and the delivery guys were great!

Found this model to be of better design than our previous Whirlpool model. Frankly, was disappointed that our previous 2013 28.0 Cu. Ft. Whirlpool exhibited in door icemaker / water flow problems first with poor wiring protection at the bottom door hinge that crimped and broke. After several repairs to remedy the water pump began failing not pumping water or making ice. Hopefully, this model will last longer than 5 years.

I bought bundle and am so pleased with how it changes entire look of my kitchen. Not as loud as some have posted. No issues at all for me. Water tastes great, ice is enough. Love how spacious it is with ice maker in the door. Love it!

Just received unit after having to reorder because first had cut power cord. Great freezer space. Shelves are less adjustable than hoped. Taking longer than expected to get cold and make ice. Water is not cold for dispenser.

I just love my huge Whirlpool Refrig./Freezer side-by-side. Plenty of room for storing large bottles or containers. The freezer is unbelievable. Just keep stocking it and it never seems to be full. Plenty of room between shelves and two large baskets on bottom. The model is sleek and modern looking. Makes an impressive piece in kitchen. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Absolutely love this fridge! It is huge compared to what I had before! I also love the in door ice maker. It frees up so much storage space in the freezer!

I just switched from a Kenmore refrigerator. I've owned Kenmore products for more than 25 years. Since there's no longer any Sears in my neighbor, I went with whirlpool. I am very pleased with this product so far. It's very spacious and runs relatively quiet. The only down is the water doesn't come out cold and intially it took a long time for the ice basket to full up. I just purchased a Whirlpool stove. I hope as pleased with that purchase.

This was the only refrigerator that would fit exactly into our odd sized space, and had the features we wanted. We are very happy with the size, the features, and the look of this refrigerator!

Really like this fridge. Keeps food very cold. Be careful with the settings. I put my eggs on the top shelf and they froze. Love the large freezer space, due to the location of the ice maker which frees up shelf space.

I absolutely love this refrigerator's design and amount of space, however there is a major flaw in how they house the wiring. The wires are at the bottom left of the door, and every time you open and close the door, it rubs on the wires. We have had this refrigerator for 1.5 years, and one of wires is now severed. Also, the refrigerator side freezes food when you put it on the top 2 shelves toward the back. Luckily we purchased the protection plan, and will be getting a replacement. I really want this fridge, however if the manufacturer did not change this flaw, then we will have to choose something else.

So far this unit is big enough which is what I worried about with a side by side. This has the ice unit in the freezer door just like my last French door. So you don’t lose shelf space on top of the freezer. It also cleans up better than my last fridge. I hope it lasts for years to come as its hard to find a refrigerator I like.

We really like the look. It has ample storage for us. We’ve had the kind with freezer on the bottom & French door fridge on top. We think this one is easier to organize. It does seem the two doors don’t align properly. Also, if we nit-pick, the ice cubes are smaller than we were used to with a smaller reservoir to hold the ice.

So far this refrigerator has worked fine and is doing exactly what we want it to, which is keep things cold, deliver ice and filtered water and not cause any problems. It has all the capacity we need and may not be as hip and stylish as the French Door unit it replaced, but it has less to break and is easier to use. There were some scratches on the interior plastic parts and some insulation had leaked out of seams in the door, which was reported to BB, but was told nothing could be done about them, so instead of sending it back, we decided to live with it.

Refrigerator works great except for the techs did not give me a demonstration of how it works so therefore I have not been able to use ice machine because I can't seem to get it to work. Also water dispenser is not cold. Other than that Refrigerator works great. Wahser is fine as well. Dryer they did not conncect the hose to the back so it caused moisture in my wash room so far other than that working fine. Also when they delivered assuming when they were trying to conncect dyer to the back wall the tech leaned over and dented the top of dryer. So there is a dent!
