We moved from a counter-depth to a full size and stuck with Whirlpool brand. The difference in space is amazing. The doors are extremely light by comparison and easy to open. The glass shelves allow the lights to keep everything visible, At first, I thought I wouldn't like the smaller ice cubes and tray - but so far, there hasn't been an issue with the amount made or size of cubes (meaning I don't see us using any more than we used to with the bigger ice). We've had the fridge 3 months now. Two main complaints: 1. (minor) The freezer/ice maker/defroster motor is extremely noisy 2. (Major) You can set the temperature for the fridge/freezer, but there is no way to tell WHAT the temperature actually is. This is a HUGE disappointment and have had half gallon milk containers freeze on the top shelf. It seems the temperature regulation is miserable and we can't monitor the fridge temperature without putting an external thermometer in it. We've had full milk containers freeze on the top shelf. We do our best to not block the airflow vents - but this is one of the biggest disappointments and frustrations ever in a Whirlpool product thus far.

It was more than I expected! The lighting inside shows the shelves and vegetable bin, and the spacing is fantastic! The door panel locks so my grandchildren don't bother it. The panel also tells u how many ounces u r drinking and the amount can be saved for your next drink. The ice maker is a little loud, but it's on the door which leaves plenty of space for the food. Also, the filter is at the top of the fridge instead of near the floor. I am more than satisfied!!

I would give a 5 if there wasn't glue and red sharpie marker all over the outside straight out of the box. It is big, sleek, roomie. I have so much storage and the way it came preset up was so perfect I didnt need to adjust anything. Even the freezer is a great size. It's also easy to clean.

This fridge is large. I mean voluminous. For the physical constraints of the space I had to work with, this fridge has the most interior usable space. I would have given it 5 stars, but the ice maker and water dispenser are a bit loud, but only when in use.

Great refrigerator works just like it was fresh out the box had one tiny dent

This refrigerator is so much quieter than my Fridgidare Galaxy. I love that the ice maker is in the door and doesn't take up freezer space. The bin is also easy to remove when you need bulk ice for a cooler etc. The water and ice dispenser are separate which I also like. It is only 2 cu ft bigger than my old frig but it really makes a difference. Lots more room. It also is more resistant to finger prints

After 16 months, we still love this large capacity refrigerator. We bought this model because of the engineering of the icemaker in the door and for the extra space it allows in the freezer. Everything works great and better than expected. My only complaint is the water filter light comes on within 3 months...it is supposed to last 6 months. We just reset it and change it after the recommended 6 months. Everything else is great!

Purchased a new fridge from BestBuy. The whole process including the delivery and installation were all excellent. They were on time, professional, quick and cleaned up afterwards. We also love the new fridge. I would definitely buy from BB again and use their services for delivery and installation.

Well lit, roomy, super cool ,modern and functional water dispenser. Pictures don't do this beauty any justice. I was pleasently surprised by how large this fridge was inside. The handles are super sturdy and durable. Gets an A in the lighting department. Affordable and I wouldn't change a thing about the design.

I have Only one issue with design so far. The water filter is hard to fully install. If not properly installed, filter will eject and water will start to leak. It should not be that hard to install and remove filter. We love everything else about the refrigerator.

So far so good. We purchased this refrigerator to replace our Samsung fridge. We were having nothing but problems with the ice maker with the old refrigerator. So far so good with this one. Only have this one for a month but no complaints. We have other Whirlpool appliances in our household and we haven't had any problems with them either.

My new side-by-side unit was purchased and installed in September of 2019, and has operated perfectly with no major issues. I ordered the model with black stainless steel exterior; and it is fabulous - the best finish I have ever seen in a major appliance. The sculpted stainless steel handles are a "work of art" - as is the ice & water control center. Yes, this refrigerator is spacious inside. But, I find myself longing for the same "erector-set-style" fully adjustable shelving with integral ribbed steel reinforced glass pane surfaces that my previous General Electric side-by-side refrigerator had. And yes, the current style shelving of this Whirlpool unit is "functional." But, the interior "extruded-cavity-molded" plastic "support nubs" and the "unsupported" glass pane shelves have the look and feel of "cost-cutting cheapness." Sadly, General Electric, Whirlpool, and most every major "side-by-side" fridge manufacturer of today only offer the same "cost-cutting" and rather flimsy "unsupported glass window pane shelving." The compressor of my new Whirlpool unit runs quietly, using variable speed control, and features a robust 20 amp. motor. The automatic defrost control uses software driven "adaptive logic," and cycles "on" and "off" based on multiple data inputs from strategically located sensors. In my opinion, Whirlpool makes the best quality fridges currently available for residential usage. Although not "perfect" in every respect, this unit is certainly "FIVE-STAR" material. I recommend it without reservation. And if you opt for an extended warranty, AVOID the "Geek Squad" offerings and instead buy from Whirlpool directly.

Great fridge more space than what I Thought. Everything I expected and more.

We've only had the refrigerator for a month now but so far it has been an excellent choice. Love the size, we already had a large side by side but the extra couple cubic feet really make a difference. A lot of people say they hate side by sides, can't get the doors open far enough, no room, etc. - that is not the case here, we have had no issues opening or getting to things inside, plenty of room. It is very quiet. The seal is great, the temperature held even during the hottest days. The ice maker itself (not the storage area) is completely out of the way, freeing up storage space that is usually hogged by that contraption. The door panel is very intuitive. The Geek Squad delivered (during covid restrictions) and set up and they did an amazing job.

Had to have first one delivered returned due to a humming noise. Second one delivered is better. Delivery team forgot to install kick-plate and I had to call them back.

Fridge works great plenty of space and great for no finger prints

Bought as a replacement for a worn out refrigerator/freezer. Delivery was quick and efficient. Easy install and haul away of old unit. Ice machine and water dispenser works well Temperature maintained in both refrigerator and freezer compartment nets. Adequate storage space, quiet, and interior lighting works well Highly recommend for a no frills model

This fridge is huge, I can hold so much stuff. It is a couple of inches deeper then a standard fridge so it sticks out from my cabinet by about 3" but it is so worth it. The big door bins can hold a lot of stuff since they are so wide. I wish it came with one more door bin as there is enough room for it. The shelving is not adjustable for height but the spacing is usable and ok with me. The water filter is super easy to replace and inside at the top so convenient to get to. On the freezer side since the ice maker is on the door there is a lot more room in the box part, very efficient use of space. The ice cubes are small square pyramid shapes, if you use the crushed ice option it comes out finely and evenly crushed. Seems well made and the finish is perfect. Looks like it costs much more then it does. good value. A couple of things they could improve would be the ice making speed, its really slow, in a day it only fills the bin halfway so if you're a heavy ice user this will not keep up with you. The door alignment is also off, my fridge side is about 1/16" higher then the freezer side, I adjusted it as low as it would go and this is the best I could get it, when it came it was about 3/16" higher. Also, I find it strange that it is not energy star so I could not get my state rebate for appliances, I though all new appliances would be energy star.

This is an excellent refrigerator. Tons of space for both fridge and freezer. Great look. The water an ice feature both work excellent and has easy access to the water filter so you can change it.
