MY NEW WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE IS EASIER TO USE THAN THE COLONIAL FRIDGE WE HAD FOR 10 YEARS. THERE SEEMS TO BE MORE ROOM AND IT'S MUCH EASIER TO LOCATE ITEMS IN THE FREEZER. SIDE BY SIDE IS THE WAY TO GO! THANKS BEST BUY FOR OFFERING THIS ITEM, WE LOVE IT!

We just replace our LG refrigerator with thos Whirlpool, per the suggestion of our repair technician (apparently LG is known for poor quality compressors). So far we are loving this fridge! Much roomier than our last one and the measured fill feature on the water dispenser is fantastic.

I need a 1/2 star to add to this review. I LOVE my new fridge. LOVE the deep drawers in the fridge and there us even a drawer in the freezer! I've had baskets in the freezer before but never a drawer. Great idea! The ice storage area in the freezer is HUGE! But I still have more space in this larger refrigerator than my previous one. Two things that cause me to select 4, instead of 5 stars (even though my true rating is 4.5!): when the internal device calls for more water for the ice maker, it's a bit loud and takes some getting used to. Otherwise, it's normal operation volume us super quiet. Second 'improvement' point is that more shelf adjustment locations are needed. I feel like I've got a lot of wasted space as the shelves are so far apart. It allows for storing alot of items "stacked" in containers, but I'd rather have another shelf, or the ability to move shelves. Otherwise, I highly recommend this refrigerator!!

Completely satisfied with the fridge. Spacious, well lit and cools perfectly.

The refrigerator has a configuration that requires temperature control drawer for the vegetables to be in a specific position to accommodate water hose. I wanted to put that higher. Not possible to make the configuration comfortable for the shelves on refrigerator side. Also removing and adjusting shelves and drawers requires a skill to not risk a $75 bracket piece. Function with ice/ water dispenser is great.

This refrigerator is pretty roomy. Everything gets cold right away. I read some reviews saying that the refrigerator is loud. I do have to agree with that. The right side of the fridge makes a loud noise at times maybe while it’s cooling. Not sure. It’s not loud enough where it bothers us. But you can hear it. Other than that, it’s great so far. We’ve had it for 3 weeks now. No issues yet

We have had this unit for just over 3 years and the ice maker stopped making ice. Technician showed me that there were three split wires at the bottom of the freezer door and it cannot be fixed w/o completely replacing the door which is not under warranty. He said he has seen this before w/ this model. So, now we have an expensive 3-year old refrigerator with a non-functioning ice -maker.

Overall is a good frigde, but the cooling it xan be better

SO much space! No matter how much food I have, it feels spacious and clean. There's plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. It works great. Keeps everything cold. Once the initial batches of ice are made (the first 72 hours), it is extremely quiet. Water and ice dispenser work well. It doesn't order your groceries for you or have wifi, but I didn't want any of that. I wanted a tried and true, reliable, refrigerator/freezer that keeps food and beverages the correct temperature and is generally low maintenance.

Great fridge with lots of storage space. The black stainless steel looks great without being too dark. Satisfied with my purchase so far.

What a difference from the bottom freezer we had. It's a little noisy sometimes but the storage space is perfect.

Bought this fridge to replace a 40 year old one that came with our house. Appreciate the simplicity of the buttons, water filter, smaller ice box. Great interior space, sturdy shelves can adjust heights, easy installation. Best Buy dudes were nice, and did a great job. Came on time in the time window. Paid to have them haul away old fridge - was definitely worth it.

Handsome appliance. Noisy compressor. Biggest negative is water filters are supposed to last 6 months. I’m on a second filter in less than six months and it won’t deliver an adequate flow rate. Expensive replacements. They missed their mark on filter design.

It's only been a few weeks but it is working very well lots of room.

The fridge works very well. It wasn't one of the more expensive fancy models, so I knew it wouldn't be perfect. Some issues with the ice maker, and the fridge's owner manual doesn't have a troubleshooting section, but I was able to figure out how to fix it. I'm not sure if there was another manual I was supposed to get that I didn't

We previously owned a 25 cubic foot Kenmore Elite. The extra space is amazing! We love how the dispenser paddles are back lit and then an LED spotlight fills the space when you are dispensing ice or water. The drawers move very smoothly and the interior LED lighting is crisp and bright. The delivery guys were there on time as promissed and brought the fridge inside using these awesome straps instead of a dolly. They were finished in no time. They even placed our old fridge on the back patio for us for disposal. Great delivery experience!

So far it has performed as advertised. I am not interested in writing a diatribe for you.
