We are liking the Whirlpool Refrigerator a lot. Only down side is that the drawers do not slide very well. Plus our unit came with broken valves to the water dispenser and ice maker. Water was flooding kitchen if either feature was used. Geek Squad had it repaired within 4 days. All is good. Plus the tech went the extra mile and got the exterior doors adjusted and lined up better.

This out of the box purchase appeared to be terrific (at first glance), but after the debacle of getting it delivered, after several scheduled delivery dates, and then having the delivery guys NOT set it up (ummmm, I have no idea how to level a fridge!), the actual product is just "ok". I had to call Whirlpool direct to have a service repair guy come because the ice clumps/freezes and won't dispense in the door. However, the outside service guy had no clue. BUT for the money, and hassle of disposing of my prior fridge already, I kept it and hope it proves to be functional for as many years as it cost me. Would I do it again...not sure?

Great side by side that provides sufficient roominess for all of your needs. Great looks and performance

What a difference from the bottom freezer we had. It's a little noisy sometimes but the storage space is perfect.

Works as described, bit louder than old models stainless streaks when cleaned abd shelf widths could have been more thoughtfully aranged, not flexible placement

Great reviews and we bought from BestBuy and was worth the wait. Really spaces and well layed out. Water filter is even better and easy front door control panel. I Love It.

It's excellent. Not huge, but not small either. However, the inside is extremely spacious! Didn't have a problem with the water or ice machine. Not loud either.

Not bad.....very sharp edges that I probably would like more rounded. It matches the rest of my Whirlpool kitchen, however the delivery men and dealing with Best Buy customer service was a nightmare. I had to get a replacement within the first 15 days because my first one was loud. It's nice to have indoor ice as it saves so much freezer space.

I agree with Dawsan. Two year’s out and ice maker quit. We looked down at the wiring as it was all over the internet and saw the wires were cut in half. Don’t bother to call Whirlpool because everyone says they make you buy a new door for $850+ or get 25% off on a new one. Total shock hazard. Worried about dogs and grandkids retrieving a toy nearby it.

I went from a french door refrigerator to side by side. Plenty of room inside and on the doors. The water dispenser is a little slow but I love my purchase!

Sorry I bought a whirlpool. Having a problem with noise, I recorded the sound and salesman said it sounded like the condenser. Had to call repair and that was an unpleasant experience. Repair person said this refrigerator is not built for tile with grout floors. Nothing can be done except make refrigerator tilt back. No other solution. Giving poor rating due to issue and the lack of support from repair.
