Hey Best Buy! I bought an $1800 refrigerator from you that was delivered 2/3/19. Just after the year mark, it stopped cooling. Glad I bought the three year Geek Squad Protection Plan, I called and you sent someone out (eventually). He came without the obvious parts and had to order them and come back two weeks later. I lost a fridge and freezer full of food, but was thrilled when it was fixed. Except it wasn’t. My fridge is twenty degrees warmer than it should be. I called again, and was told you aren’t sending service techs out because of the virus. You can’t connect me to a supervisor. And even though the contract says it will be replaced if you can’t repair, and you aren’t repairing, your cs rep isn’t authorized to order the replacement. So you’re asking me to lose all of my food again, shop every day in empty grocery stores for maximum social exposure, and bring it home to my kids. This is not the first time I’ve been unimpressed with your customer service. Your Geek Squad held my laptop hostage for weeks without fixing it, wouldn’t send it back even though I called daily. And when I finally got it back, a local store had no problem fixing it. What will you do to make this right?

My favorite thing about this refrigerator is the icemaker. The storage bin is easy to pull out to put ice in an ice chest. There is always enough ice and the cubes are square and slow melting.

We love this fridge! Plenty of space and the black stainless finish is brilliant. At first we were nervous that this might have a huge footprint compared to the much smaller fridge we replaced, but the size is just right and the old works as a drinks fridge in the garage!

We purchased this mostly for capacity which is great and I do like the in door ice maker. For me the control panel is too complicated, the instructions don't help much and I still haven't figured out how to turn the light in the ice/water dispenser nook off. I didn't realize it until several months after installation that they forced it into the space and I can't roll it out. The case goes almost to the floor (will look for this in the future, the old one was about an inch up and cleared the molding) and they jammed it against the 1/4 round, I will need help to get it moved out and may have to remove/change the molding. I would recommend it with caution to check the exterior dimensions at the floor level.

Very spacious for a big family, it's got a lot of good features.

Super refrigerator due to its large size, capacity, distribution and easy use.

So far so good. Roomy freezer, ice and water in door works well, and makes lots of ice, and looks nice in kitchen, so is just what we needed. Salesperson Cody was knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

no egg tray , 2 liter soda will not fit standing up on any shelve. not easy getting ice and the water isn't cold when it comes out of the door. Loud also.

Very happy with this purchase. Everything seems of sturdy quality and works well. Ice maker might be a little slow, but so far has kept up with three people. Only negative comment is the for the ice/water dispenser area sometimes comes on for no reason and stays on too long

We bought this as an upgrade to replace our 25 cubic foot refrigerator. We love this one! The 3 cubic feet more does make a difference and the look of this is great! The led lighting is bright, the lights on the dispensers are a nice feature for night time ice water! The only thing I would like to improve is the ice dispenser is a little loud when despensing ice.

The refrigerator is really nice to look at! So far, everything seems to be working.

Love this fridge so far! Everything works great. My only complaint is that some stuff freezes in the very back pf the fridge on the top far left of the shelf, have adjusted the temp a few times bit it still does it. So i avoid putting anything I don't want frozen in that area.

Just got it delivered 3 days ago so this is just what I've learned so far....Spacious inside but you are limited on shelf adjusting both freezer and refrigerator sections. Ice maker slow and the water in door is not cold.

Fridge is ok. The black stainless steel scratches easy. The plastic feels cheap.

This is an open design where the light is in the back so you see everything on the shelves. The quality is good. You have adjustable shelves I love it.

The door alignment on this fridge is impossible. The accuracy of the build was off. There was no way to align the door height and still have the handles parallel. After two days calls to customer service I just gave up and settled for parallel handles but uneven doors which can be seen at the top. The plus is this fridge and freezer are super cold. The door buttons seem cheap but are working so far. We’ll see how long they last.
