Very happy with this purchase. Everything seems of sturdy quality and works well. Ice maker might be a little slow, but so far has kept up with three people. Only negative comment is the for the ice/water dispenser area sometimes comes on for no reason and stays on too long

Love this fridge so far! Everything works great. My only complaint is that some stuff freezes in the very back pf the fridge on the top far left of the shelf, have adjusted the temp a few times bit it still does it. So i avoid putting anything I don't want frozen in that area.

I bought this 8 months ago replacing a French door refrigerator. That was my first mistake - I absolutely hate it. Things get lost in the back of the fridge. I put pickles towards the back of the fridge and it froze the jar. The ice maker is very loud (louder than my dishwasher). I cook a lot so my fridge is usually full so I have to be mindful of where things can go. However, the drawers for the veggies help keep them fresh longer. I am now shopping for a new French door fridge and moving this one to my garage. This was what I call an expensive mistake :(

I am very happy with my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It matches my other appliances perfectly. I replaced my Whirlpool Gold refrigerator with this one. I am very pleased with it.

This fridge is awesome! We have one in our house and my parents have the same one cause we loved ours so much. Only complaint is both of them have the foam they used to insulate the doors coming out at the top. This is purely cosmetic and easily fixed but figured it was worth mentioning since it was with both fridges.

Awesome, I don’t know why I got another brand that only lasted 4 years previously. I had my old Whirlpool refrigerator lasted almost 20 years. But I got swayed by the bells and whistles of another popular brand. So I’m happy with this one so far and expect it to last. Fingers crossed.

Great fridge with convenient technology and plenty of space.

So far so good. Roomy freezer, ice and water in door works well, and makes lots of ice, and looks nice in kitchen, so is just what we needed. Salesperson Cody was knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

Can any company make a refrigerator that actually works? My Samsung was a complete piece of junk so i bought this one. It looks like this Whirlpool is a piece of junk as well. At least Whirlpool's rude customer service agreed to make a repair/service call this coming Tuesday.

I recently purchased Whirlpool - 28.4 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator and am very satisfied with my purchase. I did a lot of research on various refrigerators before making my final decision. This refrigerator is very solid, looks stylish and has plenty of space. The ice maker works great and I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

BIG, well lit inside. Cools down rapidly and holds temp very well in both sections. We use a remote temp sensor with alarm to monitor if we have a power out or the door is ajar a bit on refer or freezer. Looks and performs like a winner!

I received this fridge during Quarantine moved into our brand new home and got it delivered to our suprise it was only delivered to the garage.... took a few more to hire someone to take my front door off and set the fridge on the kitchen and hook it all up. Wish Best Buy would have given more notice I would not have made the purchase . Also it is not ALL Black the sides are black and the front is like a pewter color so be sure you know that when you make the purchase. It says Black Stainless Steel

Largest capacity side by side I could find. Can actually fit a large pizza box on a shelf. Still have to calibrate water measurement feature in door , but what a fun feature. And it looks great.

I had a space problem and this refrigerator fit the bill. It's nice and roomy and I like that the ice cubes are shaped to fit in purchased drink cups. I like the stainless steel handles. You can program the amount of water needed to fill a specific drink cup or just fill until you need to stop.

Nice refrigerator with a descent amount of space. We did come across an issue 8 months into having the Whirlpool in our home. A key component used to crush the ice happened to break. Luckily it's still under warranty but we are concerned that the replacement part will do the same, especially after hearing this same problem with another Whirlpool refrigerator that belongs to a co-worker of mine

I did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews and looked around... wanted a large refrigerator.. this is one of the biggest ones made has ice and water in the door had everything I wanted best buy guys came and set it up works like a champ I love it I love it I love it !
